Ht. 5'5", Wt. 137 - How many inches should you expect to lose in a week. I lost 6 or 7 pounds in 2 weeks, and I last measured myself like 7-10 days ago and I was 35 inches then and now i measured myself and I am 34 inches. Is that good or is it not enough?

Ht. 5'5, Wt. 157 - thanx for the help to the ones who replied and i think im going to start eating again just no junk food and soft drinks lots of water and lots of working out it will help me in the long run ill keep u posted on how it goes GOOD LUCK TO ALL OF U LIKE ME ULL GET THERE iused to weigh like 205 but i have gotin down to 157 so if i keep working at it and eat right and work out ill get there and i think ur right 107 is to much to loose i think 125 it a good weight ill aim for that

Ht. 5'6, Wt. 283 - Hey everyone i've been on my diet for a while now my highest weight was 290 yes I know thats huge but now i'm 283 and my 1st goal is to lose 30 pounds but i'n total I want to weigh 130-140 so I have to lose 150 pounds and it's a fact that you can lose up to 2 1/2 pounds a week so that adds up to 5 pounds every two weeks which makes 10 pounds a month with 9 months in school thats 90 pounds and 2 months over the summer is 20 more pounds,so that almost has me at my goal....if anyone knows any websites that talk about effective exercises please reply

Ht. 5'5.5'', Wt. 152 - I need help. Since football has started I've tried to eat a lot because I need to keep my energy up. (If I don't eat at all, or enough, I will pass out [bad experience last year]) Anyway, I've put on about 5 pounds over the last month. I thought it was muscle at first, because I do look the same, but my jeans have been getting slightly tighter. How can I eat enough so I don't pass-out, but still loose weight? I want to loose at least 5 pounds over the next few weeks.

Ht. 5'6, Wt. 150 1st G:140 - o man. today was bad. so was this whole week. i like stopped my deit i was at 144... but back to 150.. yey :S/ . today br- (at 12) so like brunch. 2 bowls of lucky charms. then 2 waffles. and a pancake. ahh . so that was like breakvast and lunch. then for dinner. i had chicken and vegies. (good) but not enough cuz i got hungry at night.. and get this.. its gross... > i had. an apple. then 10 cheese on crackers. then an hour later. gummie candies. 2 bowls of cereal again. and a nutella and peanut butter sandwhich. then chocolate . ahh. and chocolate milk. blah i suck! i gave up on any kind of diet like a week ago and i was doing sooo well. like fruit for breakvast. salad for lunch chicjen and vegies for dinner. i was runnign an hour a day! now none. ughhhh. im just scared im gunna keep gaining unless i sna out of this depression/theres no use stage.

Ht. 5'5, Wt. 157 - Hi i weigh 157lbs and i want to weigh 107 i have been working out at lest 5 hours a day and i havent eatin in like 2 weeks.. i think i am fat and if i loose weigh i will be better and look better i get really sick if i eat so i dont eat... where i start to eat i think about getting bigger and bigger so i dont eat then either i want to loose weight is there anybody out their who could help me!!!!!!!

Ht. 5'3-5'5, Wt. ??? - i havent posted for a long time cuz i started high school and theres lots of homework and i have no time for myself. i added more veggies, fruits, and water to my diet but i have completely stopped exercising becuz i have no time. anyways i wanted to try for the step team and asking any1 with any tips for anything to help me cuz i want to lose weight. i dont like how my family treats me just cuz im bigger than most of them. i want to feel good for myself. also help me with ideas on how to get back on exercising and organizing what i do. i got sick for like 3 days and i couldnt eat anything cuz i threw it all up after (not on purpose)i lost some weight but i think i've gained some if not all of it back.pleez help if you have any tips that work. thanx

Ht. 4' 11, Wt. 125 - at the beginning of the school year two years ago i weight 78 pounds, at the end of the year i weighed about 89, but i wasnt worried since i was growing taller too. but by the beginning of last year i weighed 110, then 115, 120, 125, 130. i have lost 5 pounds, but i still need help with the rest of my weight cause im kinda in a slump. i want to lose around 20 or maybe 25 pounds. is this too much? but i do want to lose weight so some tips would be good!!

Ht. 5.5, Wt. 147 - Can someone tell me if this is healthly, or not, or if it has too much cals this is just waht i ate. Breakfast-1 little dish of fat free yogort has 60 cals. Lunch- a ham sandwhich on whloe bread with lettace and pepper and no butter,1 pack real fruit gummies 90 cal a pack, granola bar, yogort 60 cals snack-3 pieces of toast with cheese whiz,2 granola bars, banana with a package thing of yougort 60 cals don't eat after 7:00pm and haven't had supper yet. So can you tell me if that is healthly or not os way to much cals.
