Ht. 5'3", Wt. 212 - Ok, for the past three and a half weeks, I have been cutting back on what I eat, and I was trying to exercise. In two weeks, I had lost 7.5 pounds and was down to 209.5. But then it was my sisters b-day, and I had some cake and ice cream, and I got back to 213. I've lost a pound back but I haven't exercised for over a week, cause I lost motivation, and I think that's what the problem is. Does anyone have any tips for getting motivated to exercise???

Clothes seem a little looser, but I'm afraid it's all in my imagination! I haven't done much exercise (I'm not very into it, but I did walk a lot for a little while, but fell out of the habit) Can anyone suggest a way to speed things up without exercise? Ht. 5'4, Wt. 146 - Ok all about this Maria girl, if she acts like she does while she is on this site she probably has no friends, or at least friends that deserve her, so lets just give her all the support she needs to make it through her sudden burst of puberty, or a second childhood, whatever the case may be. If your reading this Maria, we all understand you, if you would like to work things out just post, but please watch the language as their are others on this site that you should at least consider even if you think that everyone else in the world is a fat cow compared to you.I think that you should just appologize to Montana and it probably would be appropriate to apologize to everyone else too, seeing that there is no way to know how many others you have offended. Or you could also just cuss me out and show everyone what a real sincere and wonderful person you are!

Ht. 5'6, Wt. 140 - ive gained a lil bit of weight these last couple weeks....today i didnt drink any soda....for breakfast i had 1/2 a sliced cucumber with low fat dip & a banana, for lunch i had water & a serving of wheat thins, for dinner i had 2 ham sandwiches, for desert i had 1 slice of banana nut bread...does that sound pretty healthy for the day?

Ht. 5'6'', Wt. a little over 220 - Ok, here's what I ate today: Breakfast: Honey Nut Crispy Oats (it's just like honey nut cheerios) with 2% reduced fat milk Then in school, I had a chocolate chip cookie Lunch: chicken tenders with one packet of ketchup, carrots with ranch on the side, peaches and 1% strawberry milk Then after school I drank water, had a medium sized banana and another chocolate chip cookie :( Then for dinner I had pizza and soda to drink because I'm going to a club meeting tonight. Gym was my exercise, we rode bikes in place,walked, then ran. How did I do? Please write back. Thanks!

Ht. 56, Wt. 155 - uggh lol okay so ive been dieting for like 3 weeks only eating twice a day (good healthy portions) cuz my friend whos is skinny was living with me and i didnt get hungry like ever. al the sudden she moves home and i binge like insinly crazy i ate like 1/4 of a cake and uhh i did lose 5 lbs... i gained them all back... UGGH

Ht. 5'6, Wt. blah! - i give up! im such a yoyo dieter!! ugh. i eat freak healthy. like bran for breakfast. salad for lunch. chicken and vegies for dinner. run every day for an hour.. loose like 3 pounds.. then the next week break down and evrey night eat more than i did in the past 2 days . like last night i ate 3 bowls of ccereal. a nutella and pb sandwhich and chocolate. at like 1 a.m!! tehres no hope for me. at all. i managed to do this all summer and end up the same weight i began at.

Ht. 5'6, Wt. 150 1st G:140 - i don tthink im doing this diet thing right. i think im eating too little during the day, cuz every night i go to bed starving@! and cant sleep till i get up for food.. which make sme feel guilty and i go on a binge. i think its cuz i wake up at 12, and only eat lunch... then dinner.. what do u guys do when u sleep in? add a third meal at like 3? cuz.. its not like im hungry during the day im not starving myself.. but at night i think my body thinks its dinner! at like 1 am lol. ah help?
