Hey i found this GR8 workout for men in a fitness magazine. It shows how to make the "ideal" body. The V-shaped body. Wide-shoulders, and thin, six-pack abs. I think it'll be good. But it say to go into it slowly so i am gonna start running first (another workout i found in the magazine) and then after like 2 weeks i am gonna start the workout but only do one set of the exercises then and on a set every 2 weeks until i am doing the entire workout. But the thing is it is time consuming so i will have to work harder at school too. But that is the price you pay to look good, but since i'll be working harder at school i'll be smarter too and then at the end i'll be a whole new totally improved me!

Hey all! I'm bout 5'8" and bout 180 lbs(I'll weigh in to give u an exact # tomorrow morning) but yea I'm starting back up again tomorrow. I could tell u what I plan on eating but I really don't wanna jnyx it so I'll give ya an update tomorrow so wish me luck! Oh by that way this is to everyone please if u really want to loose weight don't do it for neone else, like for a girl or a guy to like u, its not worth it for them do it for u! i don't understand. yesterday I ran for one hour, about 3 MILES on this beautiful trail and i felt really good about myself afterward. then i weighed myself this morning and i gained a pound!!!! and its not only yesterday, but i have been running since the end of august 6 times a week, and guess what- NO RESULTS i have lost absolutley no weight whatsoever, but i run atleast 2 miles 6 days a week. that doesn't make sense to me and im about ready to give up... any motivation out there????????? thanks...

hey guys im about to go for a run, a really long one... running feels really good, you guys should try it. its like one hour that i forgoet all the stress im under and it makes me feel reallly inspired to be healthy... keep it up guys!!!!!!

Im 5'4 and weigh 149 pounds. I really want to lose 15 pounds , but it seems like no matter what i try i never lose any wieght. I wish i knew something that works! can anyone help?

I have been overweight since he was about 9, but lately i think its been getting out of hand. Let me start from the beggining... A few years ago, I had ballooned up to about 260 and I was about 12, so I decided that it would be in his best interest to go to Weight Watchers. Iwent, and lost about 40 pounds in a few months, at the time I had also been involved in football, which got me a lot of exercise. After I lost all his weight, I stopped going to weight watchers, and the football season ended. All was good for a little while, then the next year came along and I didnt want to join football. All I did was sit on his butt, watch tv, eat, and get fatter. I gained all of my weight back, plus more. At 15, I reached my top weight of 310 pounds. This is getting out of hand. I huff and puff up the stairs and cant do anythign physical for very long. I NEED HELP WITH THIS PROBLEM!! IF YOU CAN HELP, PLEASE EMAIL ME AT AHAMEL7896@yahoo.com

why does puberty make u gain weight? 1 year ago i went from being 4'8 to 5'2 and 90 pounds to 135 pounds. just curious though

I started a diet about 6 days ago and I have already lost 3ibs it is great! my goal is to weigh 120ibs i weigh 150ibs. right now and i am 5ft 6in!!! do u think i can lose all that weight by febuary?

Hey. I would REALLY like to lose about 15 lbs I could also deal with 10 though. How can I lose the weight by December 23rd? Its not just a random date; I wanna lose some weight before I see my family at Christmas. Thanks a lot for the advice/tips!
