ok freak*a*leak(i like that saying lol) i need to weigh about 135 by may and right now i weigh 210, i can eat a little and not b hungry, and i will be running a lot for basketball, and i want to b in track, so im traning, and i dance a lot, and i want to lose weight for high school next year, so can i lose it...i want to be skinny soooo bad it makes me mad, and may is our graduation...and u have to wear a dress, and i want to wear a size 8 or less...b/c i have to make a speech(im class salutorian or however u spell it lol) and its one of the best nights of my life....but running, i get out of breath easily, and im kinda lazy, but i want to lose it AS FAST AS POSSIBLE...like if i ran a lot,like 2 miles everyday, and did like 5-10 different exercises, and played bsketball, and danced, could i lose it sooner, b/c thats wat im gonna start doing anyway...i want my 8th grade grad to b the bast... hey all i lost three pounds yay if yall wanna know how i did it i got a big quick trip cup 52 ounces and drank about three of those a day and im keeping it up but it does make you bloated until you get up in the morning i only have seven more pounds until i reach my goal i have come such a long way from 165-125 i wanna get my goal which is 117 please help the last pounds are the hardest i have been working on my weight for about a year know its paid off but i just need some help ya know please help ~jenna~

does anyone know a website that tells u how many calories are in different foods, cuz i dont know anything about food and diets, oh and today i had an apple and a little doughnut(wich i usually never have cuz im not a big fan of sweets) and i had some water and thats it, what do u think i should have for dinner cuz my family is having spaghetti and i hate spaghetti, and im afraid im going to end up having chicken strips, do u think that will be ok since i really didnt eat today

I did bad again today, I am hating it, it is the third day I did bad. I was doing so well too. Now there is only 3 weeks left of summer before school starts and I have gained a few pounds I know I have. I am so mad at myself. I eat when I am bored and in front of the tv. So I am saying eating meals only at the table. Why do I do this to myself? I want to be thin, When no one is home, I eat! Oh, I am thinking about getting this book, I have heard really good things about it, it is called "Kiss My Tiara", has anyone ever read it, is it good? I am hearing that it makes you feel really good if your a woman, it talks about everything and life. So I need a lot of help and can have any diet buddies, tell me your name and email address and I will write you. I want to be 120 by end of december. I am around 156, maybe higher because I have ate so bad the last few days. My height is 5'5.
