hi does this sound healthy? b/f half a bowl of bran flakes with 1/2 a cup of semi-skim milk l/h sandwhich and low fat spread with 1 slice of ham d/r half a portion of whatever my mom makes if its healthy and if its not a salad with no dressing? plz reply with ur suggestions obviously i cant eat the same thing everyday!

Ok..Um I'm really not in the mood to fight about anything but I will say this..JS..I'm glad that you like to give everyone advice but It seems like 9 out of 10 times you give advice its rude or mean..and you also tend to act like you know everything and that gets really annoying. Also...You keep telling people that you are anorexic and like..I don't know If you saw the rules of this board but many people feel uncomfterble with anorexics on here..this is an over weight site and If your anorexic I hope that you leave..not that you will..and as for everyone that is bringing up the situation of anorexia ...Can u please stop??? because It seems like everytime I look on here there's a new post about it..and that gets old too. Does anyone here agree with me? And I'm not trying to be rude to anyone...including JS..I'm just getting sick of you being rude to people and talking about your eating disorder..Thanks everyone..good luck with your weight loss

Hey guys I need help, my mom wanst me to loose weight and so do I, me and my mom have joined curves and my mom bought a nmew exercise machine, I go to cruves like maybe 4 times a week and I use the exercise machine every day for 5 min. I eat ok not the best but my mom is helping work n it anyway My mom lives with her feeance because my parents are divoced and I wanna do pilates but I'm afriad thast he might laugh and like make fun of me, I dunno what to do and I'm really scarded he might walk in on me while I'm exercising and laugh, please help! I'm 5'1 and 190lbs. and waist is 40in. and I'm a 15/16

Do yall think riding my bike is good exercise????...Like ride it for about 2 hours a day? but split it up in 30 min's? so ride it 4 times a day.. and ima walk for ima try 2 hours a day and slit it up in 30 mins too! omg if you have a treadmill you should so do this with me... okay im just starting today i was thinking that you should speed walk or run for atleast 10 minutes every other hour like for example you do it at 11 then again at 1 then at 3 then at 5 then at 7 and so on if you want to workout that late... so instead of being on the boring treadmill for 1 whole hour you can just spread it out throught out your whole day... make it challanging like try not to sit as much when or drink more water... just come on i know how boring hte treamill is so why not make it worth having...(cause mine is just rotting in the garage..until now!)tell me if you think this is a good idea please! i really want to help you guys and myself im tried of being fat and i know most of you are to!

ok, so people, here's my schedule....8:30-wake up8:30-9:30-run 9:30-10:30-situps, 10:30-11:45-walking, 11:45-12:00-eat, 12:00-1:00-stretch, 1:00-2:00-run/walk, 2:00-3:00-strength training yeah, it is pretty hard to keep up with, but with this and the low carb, i have lost 21 lbs in 3 weeks.....anyways, by

hey every1 tommorow ima start and ima go on a 1,200 cal. diet ima eat fruits n veggies and start to eat healthy and ima exercise like 3 hours a day and split it up and im going to record everything for like breakfast ima eat a bowl of cereal with milk and like a fruit ex: banana or peaches or eggs and sausage..or bacon low in cal...Lunch- sandwitch..or..soup..fruit...Dinner- Salad...or..Soup or sumthn low in cal. with fruit n veggies and lots of water.. and diet drinks.. and in between have snacks but no junk food snacks... healthy stuff and low in cal. tEll me wat u think if u know my situation... from that long post on teh other board.. Man..Guys..I have a big problem..Ok..Well I started out as 147 and now I'm like 138..I was 136.5 this morning but I think I gained some because of the way I've been eating way to much..I've just had it. What Do you guys think about this..I should stop trying to diet,buy some clothes that look really good on me now and look my best so I'll feel confident..And Keep myself busy with friends and other things..And just eat normally..Do you think I'll eventually get to 115? I'm 5'1" so Thats a good goal for me. I know I won't be there by school..but do you think that maybe within 6 months I'll get there..by just being a normal kid and stop obbsessing about food and weight? I mean..I have found that the more I worry about it..The more I eat. Please reply guys..I really want to find happiness..Fat or not..I need to love myself

ok... maybe i should eat more than 400cal. a day i think ima eat like 1200... eat bf-300 cal. All you have to do to lose weight is eat food in moderation, like 1200 calories or more a day. Do not eat anymore than 2500 and eat foods that are good for you! You should excersize an hour a day. I just got a gym membership and I am working on strength training (it hurts!!!). But, I think after a while it will b better! Do a lot of cardio stuff like walking and running. I have lost 28 pounds since the beginning of the year and I feel great!
