Ok i am not 13, but aprently they do not want 12 and under people now posting on this. so all of you who are didn't like me being here, well you got your whish,i am leaving. talk to everyone in a few weeks when i can go on with out lieing about my age o ya, my real question is my friends and i are goin to a movie today. of coarse my friends load up om junk food but what should i do? is there any little treat that i could eat with out feeling too guilty?

this is from an old email I sent someone but its about portion control and stuff: For eating smaller meals, i suggest u eat a meal that is as big as ur hand. I know that sounds weird but trust me it helps. If you look @ ur hand ur palm should be the amount of meat or protein you should eat. Ur 2nd,3rd, 4th, and 5th fingers should be the amount of vegetables u eat (like salad and stuff) and ur thumb should be the amount of carbs you should eat. You may not want do start off like that right away but jusy slowly wean ur way to that amount. lol

Red, whoever u are, you either need to grow up and start acting your age or leave blubber busters for ever. I am sick of reading posts which are from you in which you are insulting chelsea and telling her that she doesnt even know whats going on in her life. If chelsea has anorexia i think she should know, not you, so quit calling her a liar! Also i think other people will agree with what i am writing here, you need 2 stop insulting people because it is soooooo annoyin because you really haven't got a clue have you? No obvously not! and if you really are 15, which i doubt you are because i am only 13 and i dont act as immature as you do. In fact my 4 year old niece doesnt act as much as a selfish, lying, immature time waster as you are. I hope you read this and decide what you're gonna do because as i said I am just getting a bit sick of all the arguments you are causing on this board. We are supposed to be supporting each other through our weight issues, not insulting each other so get a grip!!!

I do not try to start arguments and I try to help a lot of the people I meet on here..I have made a few good friends that Help me with my weight loss..You can believe what you want about me but I have stuggled with anorexia so long and Its ruined me.....When I stopped starving myself I gained a lot of weight after trying to recover..You can really hurt someone who has been through all of this by calling them a cow and If that's not Immature I don't know what is...You know nothing about me..nothing about my life..You've made me cry and You've just set me off. Clifford know's me and know's the fact that I have been through eating disorders for so long...I was teased really bad as a little kid..( while having other problems at home ) and kids picked on me day in and day out..and then I got really sick with eating disorder..I had them all ..you name it..anorexia, bulimia, mia..all of them on and off for 5 years..As for right now I have a binge eating disorder and It makes me feel so mad at myself and so guilty..God only know's what Is next. I want to get better and I want to be a normal kid.....I don't want to waste my life away worrying about my weight and people that call me fat and say things like you do don't help any. I didn't even realize I was being mean or you know..whatever but your being much worse to me. When I first came to this site It was nice ...People supported eachother..There were no posts about boyfriends or anorexics..It was all about us trying to help eachother with our goals and now It's turned in to this freak show where everyone wants to make fun of other people, try to get boyfriends, and people who want to turn anorexic. Do you know that its hard for me to hear about anorexia because I use to struggle with it so bad and I feel guitly about being semi-normal now. If you get to know Me I'm actually a really sweet person. I want to help people with problems that most of us here all face and I'm just trying to use this site as something to incourage me and inspire me to reach my goal..My goal is to be healthy and confident with my self again..but people calling me fat is just making it harder. But anyways I'm going to say this with all honesty and It's not being sarcastic..I am sorry for swearing and being mean to a few of you..I remember I was mean to Anne and I'm sorry for that..but I believe you were making fun of me and That's why I said something..Anyway..I'm not going to ramble on anymore (view less)
