yo everybody! there is this really awesome book called Toning for Teens: The 20-Minute Workout That Makes You Look Good and Feel Great by Joyce L. Vedral. it's really great and works! i've already lost 10 pounds and one dress size! you can go to amazon.com and type in the title and you can read a little section out of the book. it's got this great weight training workout for girls that helps you get really great muscles, but they don't make you look like the hulk or anything like that. for anyone that checks it out, you're going to feel great about how you look really soon! i'm also looking for a partner, so email me at moojones3@mindless.com, aim sn moojones3. i live in atlanta, but it doesn't matter where you live. peace out.

Hi everybody, Don't ever get discouraged when you can't lose that weight as fast or as easily as you want, it will happen if you believe in yourself, and have confidence that you will lose the extra pounds.I started out at 140 pounds. That may not sound like a lot, but when your only 4 feet 10 inches, that is like huge.My daily diet (before the weight loss) consisted of a big breakfast, usually doughnuts, cereal, or something unhealthy, lunch at school (always french fries and pizza) and dinner at home, usually a starch, meat and something else. And never forget the snacks in between. When I started my diet, my breakfast was usually eggs, or a breakfast shake from herbalife, and a glass of orange juice. For lunch, I had a salad and skim milk, and for dinner, a small peice of meat, usually steak or chicken, with the fat cut off, and a veggie. While on this diet, I lost 30 pounds in just a few months. I came on this site everyday for encouragement, and with that and the help of diet and excersize, I'm finally down to a healthy weight. You can be too, just don't ever give up hope.Leah

Hey everyone everyday after school i try to member to brush my teeth and of course i brush my teeth in the moring but i am trying to give up pop for two reasons 1. it is ruining my teeth and 2. it isnt healthy so i switched over to water with a pop here and there and I am sooo proud of myself and it will shoe that i have given up pop once i start to loose the weight and this is great my teeth r getting whiter and i am gonna loose weight how bout that kill two birds with one stone also brushing my teeth makes me not want to eat junk YAY go me i can do this and i am really gonna try this summer.

GREAT IDEA!!!! If u have a difficult time getting 8 glasses of water in a day....well this is for you.....In the morning wear 8 braclets and each time you have a glass of water take one and put it on the opposite wrist. Do the same until the arm that started with all 8 bracelets is bare.

Hi, I'm Hillary. I weigh about 230 lbs, and I am 5'6 1/2''. I was wonderering, is there a healthy way that I could lose like 15 lbs. by the middle of June? I have a dance recital, and I don't want to lokk too fat in my costume.
