Sunday-232 lbs Wendesday-227 lbs YEAH! I did NOT starve my self n fact ate ice cream and out to eat once! AlL i did was drink water 1 1/2 liters over two days didnt realy exercise either! I am hapy Now i am going to eat lunch! but am HAPPY n ready to start the new me! herE i go mesSage ME ! haHa HA I got an A on my math test! YEAH! again and well recently ALOT of ppl have made fun of me! so i am determined to lose weight! Muah _-_K_-_

hi i am so desperate to lose w8 at the moment its baking hot where i live (london) and i wanna be out there having fun. but no im in here fat and on line. so sad. i have no life seriously i dont. the only reason i go out is to go 2 skool or to my familys place occasionly shoppin if i have 2 get a bday present or something. i hate my life. i weigh like 240 pounds adn im 5.3. if any one has any tips on how 2 lose w8 i wld be really gr8 ful. Okay Ive been dieting since saturday... but i got sick so i couldnt do excersize everyday! I went to the doctor and i actually weigh 5 pounds less then i thought, however, this doesnt make that big of a difference considering i weigh 215! Im on a low-carb diet and im a vegiterean so basically all i can eat it eggs, cheese, veggies, and fruit. I guess thats not that bad.... i just want to get down to 160 by the end of summer... my goal is 150.. bc im 5'6" and for some reason i actually dont look how much i weigh and i dont want to be really really skinny. It just depresses me when i see all the cute clothes i cant wear and how i look in a bathing suit is f*******scary... and summer is basically here!! my first goal is to loose at least 15 pounds by June 10th... i hope it will actually happen

Ok...everymonth I have this urge to loose wieght and everymonth I never do. hey does anyone know any long term solutions which work within a reasonable amount of time? like what i mean is anyone a member a gym which also has nutritional counsiling. That is what I am really interested in. I found one place, it even has a teens program, but the schedule and time of the meeting and exercise sessions are conflcting with my parents schedule (you see, the oprogram is for the whole family, the parent and teen together, thus its not like they can drop me off and pick me up. They need to be there) If anyone is joined to a place like that or just a gym for that matter, how much does it cost per a month/and if there was one, initation fee(s). Thanks for the help. I hope to get a responce. Do the best in all that you do. ~~chelsea~~

OMG!!!! i have been cuting my meals in half, adn drinkin tuns of water running 2 miles every other day and doing muscular work in between for 3 months now and i have only lost 4 pounds, my mom is talking me to the doc b/c she is worried i might have a gland problem that has kept me from losing weight
