i BLEW my diet today will i gain weight if i go back on it tomorw like really stick im goi nto try for like 12-15 pounds in 2 weeks.!!! whoo yess please commetn and tell me if ill gain any weight i relaly blew it tonight.. tahnks

hello i posted a letter on page 2 a couple of days ago but no one seems to ave replied i hope i didsnt sound stupid and sorry 4 myself but i reali do want to lose weight and i just feel like i need someone to tell me exactly wen and wat to eat and how to lose weight quickly and keep it off. like i sed b4 i ave to go to 2 weddings in septembe5r and i reali wud like to shoiw my family that can do it and so on plz help guys i need some moral support big time i dont know hu else to turn to but u lot

Hey I have been doing pretty good with eating right this week and i have played outside for at least an hr playin basketball everyday this week and I really am gettin more active now that its nice outside. Well I hope to be 177 by sunday cuz i was 179 last sunday and I have been working really hard and want to do this this time. Well good luck everyone. and TTYL

does anyone konw anything about those apple cider vinnegar pills? Im starting them today because theyre really good for you, but ive heard that they make you loose weight or speed up your metabolism or somthing lol which would be a total bonus!!

For all of you that go to the gym, I'm sure you all agree that the music they choose to play is well...not too fun. So I'm putting together a cd that I can listen to while i go so I don't have to listen to what lousy station they choose...so I was looking for song suggestions to put on the cd...I need quick upbeat songs. So far I have songs such as "crazy in love" and "hey ya". Which songs do you like to hear when you're exercising? Any responses would be appreciated! Thanx! :)

GUSES WHAT??? ahh im so happy! I have been following a weightloss program since saturday....so like 6 days and i lost 6 pounds!!!!!!!!!YAY!!! I told myself i can only go swimming when i have lost 20 pounds, otherwise, im too ashamed!! YAY!!!!!!!!!! If i loose apprx. 5 pounds a week ill have lost 20 pounds in like a month!!!!ahhh!!!yayy!!!!woohooo!!!!go me!!!!

HEY YALL!!! okee a bunch of yall hav ebeen wanting details on the SELF CHALLENGE Thingy!! SO, here they are!!okay its a three month thing, and each month is different. Im on the 1st month, which is 3 cardio workouts that are 30 minutes each, 2 stregnth and stretchingw orkouts that are 20 minutes each, and 15 minutes spent on abs, twice a week. Then there is a nutrition guide (just tips to help you)! You have a log tht a you can print out or get from their magazine, andyou can get somthing called CREDITS. you get one credit when you:-play with a pet for half an hour(cardio)-try somthing new at the gym, like a class or machine.-shut off the tv and dance around for 20 minutes.**Credits are used for an excuse not to work out. For example, if youre sick one day, have a sore knee, have an exam and truely have no time to exercise..if you have earned THREE credits, you can skip ONE workout. SO, ... (view more)

ok...this one is for stacy... i dont know if that class is in anyother state but it is sponcered by the hospital in my city and it only cost 20 bucks for 8 weeks!.!.!.!.!.!.!.... ok...it is mostly for overwiehgt and pre-diabetic teens and it is great... i think that you should look into it!

I have a bit of fat hanging over from my belly, & I feel that my theighs are too big. Everyone tells me that I'm not fat, but you can tell when I'm in a bikini. please tell me some excercises I can do to get fit & slim & so I could feel happy about myself. If you can, explain how to do them too. Thanks soo much help me!
