hey yall, wuts up? I just wanted to say that I started atkins about a month ago, and I weighed in at 280lbs! Now, I weigh 256! That's like 24 lbd... i know its just a start, but it just kinda lets me know that I CAN make it! oh yea, and all yall who said that you gain weight when you get off that diet, ur wrong, you never really get off the diet, but you start eating more and more carbs gradually. That's the whole point, and that's why it works for maintaining weight too.

hey guys well i want to like like 15-18 pounds in like a lil less and 3 weeks.. if i REALLY watch what i eat.. and EXCERSICE "ALOT" and drink ALOT of water..do u think i could do it.. i know its like no healthy but i have a wedding to go to and i really too.. csaue i weight exact 145 and im like 5'5 so i want to be like 129-127 when i go.. do u think i could do it.???PLEASE COMMENT csaue no one ever does on mine. thanks

I am 5"4 and 198 pounds and will be going to the gynecologist next week and am nervous and wondering what happens when you go to the gynecologist and what happens during the gynecological exam.

Hey guys, i really need help on losing weight. Please tell me of what i'm doing so far is good or if i need to do something else. Exersise:20 min on bike 4-5 days a week, 20 min of arobic(spelling?) exersise twice a week, weight training 4 times a week.Food: Breakfast-Banana, cereal, or yogurt Lunch-Turkey sanwich on bun the size of my fist, juice, and some type of fruit Dinner-one serving of some type of meat, a salad, a glass of milk, small bowl of fruit I drink 4-6 glasses of water a dayPlease post tips and advice. Also how much weight do you think i can lose in four months? THANKS

Can anyone tell me some good excersises to do, I'm 5.2 and my weight is 148 and I'm trying to get down do around 115 at least, or lower. Last week I was doing crunches but I find them hard. I have been jogging up and down the stairs 10 times because someone said this was good for legs which is what I need the most work on. Help me anyone?

Im so excited! I turn 14 in less than two weeks and im starting to lose weight! Im going to my friends party THIS week and there will be a lot of boys there and i want to FLIRT without being self-consious! well i leave for spring break in like 3 weeks.. and um i want to lose like 17-18 pounds.. so i think for breakfast csaue i haveto have coffe.. ill have coffe with non fat hazelnut creme.. for lunch ill have an apple.. and like snak ill have morning mix or a special K ceral bar.. and than dinner veges with noodles or veges with chicken and a lil rice.. and than im running 4 miles a day and doing arm lifts.. i weight 143ish right now and im 5'4... i went o be like 130 ish the day i leave for Florida.. or spring break.. DOES ANYONE THINK I CAN DO IT..? i really need help on this csaue i duno about lossing weight.. thanks

Hello my name is Bethany, I have been overweight since I was was 6 years old. It started when I joined school, I started hearing about this wonderful stuff called chocolate and Mcdonalds which my Friends had told me about....I loved the stuff, I was never really into it as my parents had never taken me and didn't get me many sweets, only when i was 'a very good girl'. But I ate too many of theese when I went to school, there were shops on my way home from school which I would drop into and buy a bar of chocolate or some gummy sweets as i had had a 'hard day' at school amd had 'been good' all day. I don't want to blame my parents,but they are partly to blame. My dad used to take me to mcdonalds every sunday, as we lliked to collect the toys from happy meals. Hey everyone, I am starting my new diet today, I eat an orange for breakfast and i don't eat lunch and I cut my dinner portions in half to slim. Does it sound reasonable or no???

Does stretching burn any calories? I love stretching i could do it for hours. Im wondering because your using your muscles and that should help.
