I had the idea of running up and own the stairs 10 times each day. Like, up and down is one. up and down again is 2 ect. does anyone think this is a good idea?

i havent been in here for a while but the time that i was here I asked for some advise and i got it right away..i think that that is really cool! i love it here because you can talk to teen with the same problem as you and you dont have to worry if sopmeone is going to cutt you down or not! again..i love it here! what do you think is that best way to loose weight?

I am an overweight teen that needs to lose 60 pounds. I want to do it in the summer though. What should I do? I also don't have a treadmill. What other exercise should I do?

I dont eat breakfast and i never did I dont eat lunch anymore either...Buuutt....when i walk thru the door from school i pig out and ill eat everything i can get my hands on...And then i get sick afterwards..I dont know if i'm really sick or if im making myslef sick by my conscience but I think i may be on the track of anorexia but i rather not let anyone know.....I'm not there yet but im afraid its gunna come...

i have a question....does throwing up your food after eating still builmia if you only do 4 times, and can I become bulimic if i do it more than 7 times ( or get addicted to doing it) I have tried doing it beacuse i"m over weight (4 feet 11.8 inches and weighing 149lbs)?

Hi everyone, well as I said before i weigh 160lbs and i am trying to lose weight. Within in about 2 weeks i lost 10lbs but I always get discourgaged and I start to eat again and i can't keep it off. If anyone has any suggestions I am open to any of them.

Hey, I was wondering if anyone could give me some advice on losing the fat on my stomach and getting some abs! Right now I am 5"6 and i weigh 160. I would like to lose about 15 pounds and tone up and get some abs i knoe the bas might not come for a long time but I am willing to work for it. I just want to lose the 15 pounds or maybe 20:) in about 3-4 months. If you could give me some advice on eating and exercising I would really appreciate it.THANKS A.S.A.P!!:):):)

if i wrote down the points for each food from a friend who used to use Weight Watchers, and made sure each day I only had about 20-25 points a day would I lose weight?

Hello, sorry to everyone if i was begining to be an annoyance...but anyways I am on a new diet, i dont have more than 1500 colories a day, i ride my bike for 10 minutes which at the time is all i can do :( and i started drinking tons of water and excersizing, i also am starting to take the mega T diet pills. Does this sound ok? thanks a lot
