ok. for like the past couple of weeks I had been doing stuff like 20 crunches and stuff but I don't think that's enough, so last night I did 200, but I'm not sure what other excersices to do, it's my thighs I really need doing. Can ya help?

Hey, i was thinking about it today and i think aiming for a weight is deemening, i mean muscle is heavier than fat, so your goal should be to lose fat rite? and just to stop when u feel comfortable with urself? also, muscle makes u burn more calories rite? so why not just get more muscle? also im doing 4 sets of 15 push ups and 4 sets of 25 sit ups each morning and nite, should i take a rest each day? or wont it affect me like doing weights?

ok for breakfast i had 2 chocolate chip pancakes and a bowl of oatmeal(syrup on pancake) (maple n brown sugar oatmeal) was that good or did i ruin my diet/healty eating all ready

Today was my splurge day! =D So I don't feel ONE BIT guilty about eating all I wanted! I just can't have any more sweets the rest of the week though but that's okay because I lose a LOT of weight really fast so it's all good! Well tootles! =D

ok i have had 2 chocolate chip pancakes with syrup oatmeal(brown sugar and maple), 3 oreos, a lil bowl of honey and peanut butter and water is all ive eaten today. I excercised with my regular crunches(100)leglifts(40 each leg and 20 both legs), pushups(10), and streching. Did i eat too lil tooo much i may have only water rest of the day or some carrots. I am not having any more meals today though if i get hungry i will eat carrots. Well gotta go see ya. PLEASE RESPOND TO THIS thanx

ok yay! i lost 5 pounds! and i think i did it healthily..anyways, now i'm only 4 pounds above my healthy weight goal..i will try to get there by the end of march, hopefully before though.

goal for this week - to get to 158 pounds! I will eat NOO sweets..and this week i think i might do it! And i will excercise as much as possible, but i will be out of town (it's my spring break) so it might be kinda hard..wish me luck!
