I havent posted anything lately cause Iv been really depressed... I havent weighed myself or measured myself for at least two weeks!!! I havent even tried eatingt healthy for those two weeks... Well now I have spring break so Im trying to get myself back on track... Ive been reading this book and it says that you dont have to count calories... so I decided Im not going to all Im going to do is watch my portions and not eat anything that is not nutritional... the book saysd its not a diet but a "way of life" lol which makes sense... because when you are dieting you feel sooo hungry and deprived... which when you are done... you binge... cause i know I do... I may not eat for a couple days and then I binge.. well i decided to try to stop this... Im not going to be "dieting" anymore Im just going to be eating healthy and excerising more... I just weighed myself... I weigh 215! I gained all the weight I lost... Im hoping to be 160 by the end of May... even if Im 170 Ill be happier..

CNA ANYONE HELP ME?!?!?!? my family and i are going to go to Mexico in november and i have about 87 pounds to loose. I at least want to loose that much! Even 50 is great... can anyone help me with some good advice that has worked for you?!? or advise that you think will help. I work out on my exersice bike 30 min a day. 3-5 times a week but it not really helping! PLEASE HELP!!! Thanks :-)

Hey people. I'm 5'5 aND 143 pounds. I'm looking to loose about 20 pounds in three months. Anyone have any tips on how to loose the weight EASILY? It needs to be easy because i dont think my parents would approve of me loosing weight drastically. I go to the gym about twice a week, and i do cardio every day atfer school for 15 min. hi, i haven't been on this site in awhile. i am 14 and I just now started my period this month. is that bad.i was told form my doctor that i would start late buti didnt think that i would be this late. Evety girl, i know has started at age 11-12, i feel So out of the loop! so is it bad that i started late?

hey, how u doing? how good! i agree with wat lindsey said on another post about eating unhealthy or alot of something unhealthy makes u feel way horrid and i used to make myself throw up what i just ate if it was bad but now i've learned and eat only when im hunger and not just cuzz it sounds good and ive completly shut out the junk food-entirely-one snack that i basically look forward to the entire day is salt free rice cake with 1 tablesoon peanut butter ahhh i just had mine not to long ago and now im going to look forward to it till tomorrow lol looking forward to eat things u really liek is always good, helps me lose my weight i need 2. the one thing i can not live with out is gum lol keeps my occuipied and not think about food as much and gum comes in alot of flavors, its my diet saver haha well thas all for now

Hey! I lost about 15 lbs., which was atleast part of what I wanted to lose before going to Mexico! AND I GO TOMORROW! I'm excited! I finally feel comfortable enough to wear a 2-piece suit :-D I'm really happy! To all those that are trying to lose weight---If you stick to it and realize how rewarding it will be to lose weight, then you'll have a much better outcome!!!

I've been at my first goal weight for awhile...(125 lbs.) But i havent been losing weight for about 3 weeks. I'm really going to be cutting down my calories in order to look great for prom. This is what I ate today...Lunch: medium sized apple with lowfat peanut butter...Snack: A salad and dinner: boneless, skinless chicken made on the George Forman grill. Yum yum! I did pretty good i think.

hey yall, it'll be one month tommorow since I've been on Atkins, and I've already lost 20lbs! I've still got lots to go, but it kinda reminds ya to keep goin once you start, no matter how many times you get off track. Yall can all reach your goals, it just takes time, and weight loss is a slow process. Remember, every lb you loose counts...every 1/4 of a lb. no matter how much ya ya loose, at least its somethin, and its a start. ps. dont weigh yourself everday cause ur weights always changin like dependin on the time, and if you just ate or drank...ne wayz good luck to you all!

You know what I realized? This might help you guys, I was just thinking and I realized the difference between when I have a craving like...I just want something, or I'm actually hungry. If it's like a craving then it would be like "o I can't wait to eat the burger I'm so hungry!" that's a craving... like... when you're actually hungry I find that I say something like "I'm hungry I wonder what I could eat." I'm not just thinkning I'm hungry becaue I want a burger or something, but I find that when I'm hungry I actually think... what can I eat now that I'm hungry, I'm not just waiting to eat something that I'm craving. I don't know if it's the same for any of you guys but I just thought I would say this because it's helped me tell the difference between when I have just a craving for something, or I'm actually really hungry.

hey you guys all you need to do is cut down the junk food and drink a lot of glasses more then 5 but less then 10 cups you dont want to over due the water.. okay going back to the junk food just member this when you getting food from school, your house or whatever JUNK FOOD = GODZILLA lol i know its harsh but you have to be strict on yourself slowly you will not eat those chips you cant live without.....if you have any questions just post another message i come to this site a lot like 5 times a day so yeah im here to give advice....

ok this week is gonna suck since it is spring break and all..but once i get back to school this is my new plan - breakfast-oatmeal..or an apple if i'm in a big hurry..lunch-salad..snack-piece of fruit, something healthy/small...dinner-either soup/shrimp/chickendoes that sound good to anyone? do you think i will lose weight with that? I will also do dance dance revolution for at least an hour each day so i will be losing about 400 calories doing that....
