I am at 179 i gained so much weight I didnt win this week I am starting over though and going to get down to 175 for next sunday and I am hoping i can do this I havent done good and yesterday was the first day I acturally did good on my healthy eating and excercise I am hoping to go outside today and maybe do taebo. I am hoping that I can get to a decent weight by my spring break (first week in April) and just keep looseing till im at 135 maybe 130. well good luck i am 179 now

I started my "healthy eating" on the 1st and so far I've done 4 pilates sessions but last night was terrible it was my dads birthday and + we won our soccer game so I went to McDonalds and got a Two Cheeseburger Meal (except instead of pop I did have water) and I got ice crema and I also had a bunch of cake cuz of my dads birthday and I ate some this morning and I feel so sick.. but the thing is I was wondering do you think since that since I've been eating pretty good except for a few cookies here and there that yesterday would have caused an inch on my waistline?? (thx)

PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!! I’m currently at 149 pounds and would like to get to 120 by the end of April or early May (by the way I’m 5’7). I have faith in myself because I have already lost 16 pounds. I’ve been on the body for life diet (which I was doing good for a while but after I lost the 16 pounds I haven’t lost any other weight) and I am currently on the special k challenge and after 2 weeks of being on it I haven’t lost any weight, and the thing that really makes me mad is that I’ve been exercising 3 days a week for an hour and burning off more than my calorie intake for the day and that stupid scale hasn’t even budged. I’ve been reading some of these replies and one of the girls lost 11 pounds on the introductory start of the Atkins diet and I was wondering what your meal plan was? Or if anyone else has been on the diet and saw like a 10-15 pound weight loss in like 2 weeks, can you share the love and help me get to my goal?? PLEASE HELP ME I’M IN NEED OF YOU GUYS HELP!!!

I know alot of people dont like the low carb diet but im going to try it and i know meat and cheese dont have much if any carbs in it.. so what are other foods your allowed to eat on the low carb diet? thanks a bunch
