well i haven't been doing well on my diet thing, but its ok. I'm back where I started a few months ago, which means i gained that 5 lbs back :(/ O well I'm really excited though. I have 2 months before cheering tryouts! I want to make it so bad. I'm starting now and I'm determined that I'll be able to a do a perfect toe-touch. Or at least a half-way decent one!! lol. I'm going to start running. I would really love a diet buddy who wants to try out for cheering for next year too. My stats are 5'5 and about 163lbs. if i wrote down the points for each food from a friend who used to use Weight Watchers, and made sure each day I only had about 20-25 points a day would I lose weight?

Hello, I am 15 years old and my weight is ok. But I have not yet gotten my period, nor do I want to.Everybody keeps saying once i get my period, I will gain all that junk food I eat. So my question is, How can I say NO! To junk food? Anything I see, I eat. What can I do about this? I have a bad history in my family of getting fat.): And i dont want to, can you help me?

hi, I have a big problem... I already lost 65lbs. I still need to lose like 60lbs. However rightnow I wanna eat everything. I already gained a few pounds back, which makes me sad and that makes me eat even more. Isn`t that crazy??? I really wanna lose more weight, but I am just thinking about eating. Has anyone a good idea how I can start dieting again??? Thanks a lot!!!!

Hey I weigh 140lbs and 5'5 ...which is my highest weight... which is because I got sick lost 5 lbs so I was 130 and then I doubled the 5lbs.. so anyways I'm hoping to lose 20-30lbs by May/June.. how many calories should I eat and other stuff like that =D thx

Hey people... ok, i feel as tho im starting to lose my determination, and it has taken a while for me to come to this conclusion but i need a weight loss buddy. not to be sexist or anything but i would prefer someone of the same sex (male) and of roughly the same age, not to be picky, but for a self concious reason, but i would be more then happy to have a girl, plz?

Hey everyone!!!Finally!!! I moved from 'overweight'to 'at risk of becoming overweight'!!!! Now I weigh 195, still quite yucky, but 4 any of u who remember 10 weeks ago I weighed 230, my target still is to be 180 by my birthday (may) and then to get to about 165 by september. I just gotta say to any new ppl on hear this is the best thing I ever did! I mean I always new I was overweight and just kept putting it off - then when I saw I weighed 230 that totally shocked me! So give it a go! Its not just about looking good - I am so much healthier!!! The thing thats kept me going is the support I've had - my best friend Pete and my dad started the same time as me, then after two weeks our 2 neighbours saw how much we had lost and joined us. Between us we have lost about 160lbs between us!!!

Im 128lbs, i started to loose weight in september when I weighed 155lbs. Im so happy and proud of myself. Im trying to get down to 110lbs by summer time. I hope this will be possible. I want to weigh 110lbs by June. That isabout 3 months. I hope i can do it! My first goal weight was 130lbs!

Hey. I really could use a weight loss buddy. I need some motivation. I say I will start to lose weight, but I don't. I always end up not doing what I'm supposed to do. I'm 5'2 and 140 pounds. Hello,i am 14 and weigh 170..i am 5'4 and need advice i dont feel the strive to get up and do something ..but i really want to ....i also dont know what to do...i have heard people say many things like work out more, run, do situps, eat less-eat half of what you eat everynight...if you have any other ways to help.....................................please reply..i will be checking in a lot so....please please please POST if you have ADVICE..HELP ME!

I know alot of weight watcher meals that you can get at the store or somewhat fatty and high in calories, but if i had 3 meals a day that would add up to about 20 points and maybe an apple or two in between, and of course exercised would I lose weight? I guess what im asking is if I just ate the weight watchers meals you can buy pre packeged at the store for my food, would I be able to lose alot (hoepfully) of weight?
