i would just like to tell everyone that if u believe that it is nearly impossible to lose weight u are WRONG. I am 5'4 and now around 200 pounds. i kno that is alot but i started out at 230 pounds just a few months ago. my secret is a game called DDR or dance dance revolution. it is available for the x box and for playstation 1 and 2. you may have seen it in many arcades. it involves stepping on a $20 dance pad when the screen tells u to. it is difficult at first like anything but if u follow the instructions on the game you are sure to get good at it. if u are like me, u dont want to be seen outside exercising because you are too embarassed. this is a great way to privatly lose as much weight as you want. the awesome thing is that it is actually fun to do. the game costs around $50 then each dance pad is $20. if u are like me, that is not a big deal because in return u get the chance to finally lose weight and keep it off.

Hey everybody, i really want to lose 10 pounds, but no matter how healhty i eat, and how much i exersize, i can't lose any weight! I think it's because i binge A lot late at night. I ate a Caesar salad w/chicken and dressing, a moon pie (whoops), and a ham sandwich on whole wheat bread, and an orange. Is that too much food or not enough or what? I take vitamins by the way... so is that ok or do I need to eat more?

hiya, am new 2 this ppl! i live in the uk and i feel i realy need to loose weight. i weight about 180lbs, i no its alot. does anyone have any tips were i would see almost instant results because i give up very easily and i would like to loose 40lbs in about 6months if possible. i have tried dieting many times but have given up to easily. i think if i dont do something soon it could start to endanger my health. my friends are sticks so i cant talk to them so i have looked here for my advice! i would be realy grateful for any tips and replies, thanx xxx

Hi I'm pretty new here but I am sorta living proof that you can do it I'm really small i'm only 5'0 and i used to weigh 165 really dangerous but since Christmas I have lost 39lbs in weight drastic changes have been made i'm fitter I have more energy, I feel Fantastic really really great! No more chances of fatel diseases but then again I still have like 30 more pounds to lose before bikini season I still have chubby thighs, a double chin (How do you get rid of those?)
