ok i'm going to tell u what i ate yesterday and tell me what u think. for breakfast i had 1/2 an apple, for lunch i had some noodles and sauce, for dinner i had a piece of meat with vegetables, and for a snake i had an apple and yougurt. how do u think i did? i also rode my bike for about a hour.

Hey people, me again, yeh i apparently am small for my height (people call me bullemic Brendan) but yeh i found out through a PE teacher that when u go through rapid weight loss (i was 78 kilos beginning of last year *2003* and 81 at the end) i lost a lot of weight and dropped down to 74 kilos, and i just weighed myself then and im 72 now, (a week since i last weighed myself) so if anyone noes a way to get rid of excess skin, greatly appreciated. P.S thank a bunch mandy, i do 20 push-ups a day x3, i do 30 sit ups and 30 crunches, and i run in the morning, even tho i dont need it, good to stay healthy aye? lol, good to no im not anoerexic too carla

hey guys! ok i did really bad this week..so i'm just gonna start again on sunday! and i am really motivated! i went to american eagle and i fit into a large shirt..but i mean in normall 100% cotton t-shirts thats like a small/medium..so that was good, but i want to be able to fit into a medium...but i am soo motivated! because my best friends mom asked me if i'd lost weight! that made me happy! and now i am just motivated to have more people say that to me!! Hey guys! My goal right now is to be 120 by February 19th (my birthday) and so far it's goin good. I stepped on the scale this morning and it said 125 so I think I can lose 5 pounds by then but if not I'll be happy with 2 or 3 or something. My major goal is 115 by Spring Break (April 5th) so I'm givin myself plenty of time. I'm seeing this guy who is really sweet and hott then that moved last year and hasnt seen me since i was 138 lbs so I want to impress him. I'm doing really well and just wanted to tell anyone who is struggling to just stick with it and even if you only lose 1 pound a week you're still making progress and keep pushing! Hey guys. I really hope some of you can help me! I'm 5'2 and 140 pounds. I really want to lose weight for the summer. 20-25 pounds or so.
