I am starting tomarrow also, my hobby is rollercoasters and it is frustrating that I can't even fit in them no more, I really need help...and I am gonna start tomarrow...if anyone wud like to talk to me my aol screename is: RAPTORADDICT 17...I am on most of the time...but I will try my best to stay away from the computer and get more excersise.

I was estactic this morning when I stepped onto the scale! I truly couldn't have been happier than I was seeing 223.5 flash up when last friday when I weighed myself it was 227.5. This diet program with my friend has shown me results faster than anything adn I think its because I'm working with a friend and we are having fun keeping each other in check. Probably my best advice for anyone is to diet with a friend-possibly one near you.

...ok i figured ten pounds by the 20th might be to much..so i changed it to 5..that way i will still be 159..which is cool cuz i havent been that samll since b4 7th grade.bye

everyday i say, well i'll just start my diet tomorrow or i'm to tired right now i'll just exercise tomorrow but i'm sick and tired of being fat. i'm going to start my diet RIGHT NOW! i don't care how hard it is. i'm always self concious about how i look and i don't have a very high self esteem. i'm willing to do whatever it takes to loose weight and become healthy. right now i'm 195lbs and 5'4. i'd appreciate ANY suggestions or tips u have on how to cut back on eating. PLEASE RESPOND!

i have told myslef over and over agin o im going ot start my diet tomrow but i never do today i did.. im doin the low carb.. i had a lil bit of chese and a lil bit of slamonme *sp* for breakfast than lunch i had celery and chumbers with ranch.. than dinner i had 2 lunch meat turkey 6 very tiny chicken pieces.. a sald with ranch and blue chese.. and than i just had vegetables here and there till nowand i drank only water and than workeout for like an hourish.. IS TAHT WHAT I NEED TO DO? for the low carb diet?? i duno aboutitmuch but just tell me if thats right..? and also if i do it for like 2 months how much weight do u think i can lost PLEASE COMMENT

Has anyone tried pilates if so has it worked. I feel like i cant lose weight by doin it plus i feel i'm to overweight to handle sum of the positions.

Hey...I was wondering if anyone could help. Im 13 and im around a size 10-12 now, and I want to get down to a perfect 10 and loose weight on my leg especially. I already walk tons, especially at weekends, so could anyone give me any other sort of advice like eating wise? Or exercise wise to get my calfs smaller and to get my hips smaller? I also find it really hard to stick to diets seeing as my family tend to have alot of junk foods, any tips? Please help...Thanks a ton. xxxxxx

Hey guys! My 14th birthday is in a couple weeks, I am so excited! There's gonna be a lot of junk there though, I'm gonna try real hard to stay away from it! I don't want to know what the scale has to say today, after the Super Bowl and everything! Well, I gotta get off to school, see ya soon!

oh yea i am kinda not sure whut to think cuz that time of the month just happened and i didnt have cramps and i didnt have heavy bleeding and it is bout to be over tomorrow and i didnt take anything to make this happen. Why might of this happened just really wondering.

Hey, is it possible to lose like... 1kg per week? If so... how many calories do I have to burn a day? Cos' if I continue losing 1kg til the middle of May... I'd reach my goal... But is it possible to lose 1kg per week??? If it is possible... HOW?
