I was doing so good for the past few weeks... I had already lost 10 pounds. But I'm not even gonna weigh myself this week because I went flippin' crazy! I had a birthday party to go to and I pigged out there and then today at a super bowl party I pigged out again! So I'm gonna do really good this week and HOPE that by next weeks I'll be 128 again or even less but I'll be happy with 128. Well just thought I should tell everyone and don't pig out like me because it's just not worth it and you feel bad afterward. Good luck everyone!

ok last week sucked so i'm starting new! I want to lose like 3-4 pounds this week! NO SWEETS!! slim fast meal every day for dinner, soup/salad/or plain baked potato for lunch, a piece of fruit for dinner, walking one mile wed. and thurs. doing 100 crunches every day, and 100 jumping jacks every day. does that sound good enough? oh ya..10 cups of water or more a day...can i lose 3-4 lbs. w/ that? post back!

well tomorw im starting weightwatchers.. and running 4 miles a day.. i weight 143 and im 5'4 i want to lose 28 pounds so than ill be like 110-115. by april 1. please comment and tell me if that realilistc or like if i can do it.. please comment. PLEASE

I've been to this site so many times. And so many times i've set goals and so many times failed to meet them. Well this time I want it to be the opposite of that. I wanna finally lose my weight. I'm 16, 5'9'' and close to 280 lbs. I'm really muscular and tall so I don't look as big as 280 sounds. but yeah I'm really overweight. My dream would be to lose the weight, be a decent size for prom (which is next year, not this) and to play softball for school. I've wanted to forever because I can't play for the summer leauge anymore because of my age. And i miss it SOOO much. I try and watch what I eat. I have the same thing for lunch every day which is a Ham and cheese or turkey and cheese sub and baked chips which is a pretty good meal. I'm also starting to go to the gym at my church and run/walk 16 laps which is equivalent to a mile. This isn't a problem for me so i'm glad. I'd... (view more)

u want to lose weight? really! well here is a diet that works! really! it duz! eat for breakfeast cereal with low fat milk and a piece of fruit. for dinner and lunch have soup with no cream. my friend lost 10 lbs in 2 weeks! also..soup with low sodium. i have faith in you! and i am trying to lose as well. i admire how you guyz support each other and also, i wat to telll you sumthing to think before you eat think this "nothing taste as good as being thin" thatl help u before you go for the cookies! good luk

My best friend and I have both decided to get in shape together and are hoping to be able to go to the beach in Florida when we go and look great. Our program includes eating right and doing an exercise program we devised from her gym class(i couldn't take gym this year). It is more designed for people who haven't been exercising and its just minimum amounts right now. Hi, I think my post got removed cuz of my age, so I left it blank this time. But I posted the other day and wanted some advice from some older teens about my weit. I will be 11 in 3 months, and I'm 5ft 8 inches tall and weigh just under 200 pounds. I would like to lose about 50 pounds. I lost 10 about a month ago but now I gained it back and want to know what I can do to lose more ands keep it off. Thnks

right now, i am surrounded by snow! I cant get out and run, or bike. and no1 is willing 2 help me with my crunches ( hold my feet down lol) so what can i do??? i need exercise!!!! also - can i go 2 a gym? i would feel so out of place and fat, tho.. help?
