Hi I just wanted to share with asll of you a great diet tip. I heard models do this to get in shape quick. They cut out the ABC's (Alchohol, Bread, and Complex Carbs)Sinces we don't drink alchohol just cut down on the sodas and complex carbs are like white rice and pasta. Isn't that an easy diet! I hope you all can benefit from this.

A plan for those of you wanting to eat healthy: Breakfast: Small serving of oatmeal with a piece of fruit Snack: Fruit or veggie Lunch: Tuna on whole wheat bread with veggie Dinner: Chicken with veggies Snack: Water and piece of apple with PB! That's my plan! Hope it might help some of you!

here's another tip...*sigh waiting for marty to call and then i'll leave this board alone for the day.lol.* when you are in a car or a place where you can't woirkout but you want to get a little extra time in periodically sqeeze the muscle groups(buns abs thighs...) you can and release them for as many times as you can....

I am kinda put off on coming to this site since everyone seems to be just perfect-everything i want to be but they're not happy. i just want to lose my weight buti have hit a platue and its so hard to break that especially during the holidays and i thought maybe i could do this but its really hard and i wish i could be like the people that post that they have lost like 40 pounds but i have only lost 15 in about 4 or 5 months.

Hey~ I want to know if any one know's of any pills or anything like that to help you looser weight. I exercise at school and some times on the weekend, however I am working all the time so I don't have a lot of time to work out. I am planning to try out for cheerleading for next year in May I believer and I want to be thinner and healthier and be able to do a lot of cheers and not be all out of breath all of the time. If you know of any pills that will help I would really appreciate it. Hi I wanted some advice on diet. I already have this great exercise tape but I don't know what to do with my diet. I tried about 3 or 4 diets I found online but I always feel like I am starving myself. I just need a few pointers or diet that you may have gone on that didn't leave you feeling hungy? Please I need these tips.
