wow...i did the firm cardio sculpt~~even though a makeshift steps was all i had for the fanny lifter thing~~ Whoo that was hArd!! I have great respect for anyone who does that regularily. I'll get there soon. But anywayz it was a fun chanllenge as well~~i have ten days left and i'm gonna do that hour long thing everyday, so i geuss i should be seeing sum results by the time i go to school. Maybe i'll counteract all the great tastin so not healthy stuff i have been eating. hehe. I'm scared to weigh myself. !!:-O!!:)!!

Hi everyone! I am starting a goal for myself to lose weight. Since its the new year. If any of you want to list your goals you can post them here! :D By April, I want to lose 40 pounds, that's 10 pounds a month for 4 months. With proper eating, exercise, and nutrition I can do it!

I'm going to start taking flax seed oil vitamins. They are really good for you and they help you lose weight. Their also healthy and approved by the fda.

Ht. 5'8", Start: 200 lb, Today: 175 lb (BMI %tile: 95) - Ok i have lost 25 lbs! yah! I know thats not a lot, but its better than what i used 2 be. I am now 175 when i was 200! I am happy, and i am 5'8" but i have 1 problem: I have only been eating right, which is why i lost weight, but my stomach is still like it was before i lost the weight. I mean usually you can fit in a new pair of jeans by now, but i can't. Since its winter i havent been exercising, but should i, in order for my stomach and body parts to shep up? If so what do you suggest to do indorrs by yourself? Thanks for the help!

I just cleaned my room and I feel exsausted and i am so proud cuz after that i did 100 crunches and 100 leg lifts and 10 push ups and I am planning on looseing the pounds i ate this week by sunday the exra pounds i shouldnt of eatan i should say. well good luck

hey y'all since jsut about everyone knows that I have gotten the firm for christmas, which video is best? I have the cardio sculpt, body scuplt, and ab scuplt. I kno that I will be doing the ab sculpt quite regularily, since the holidays haven't been so nice to my waistline. OOO and what should i do about the fanny lifter thing, the tapes didn't come with that!
