Ht. 5'4", Today: 150 lb (BMI %tile: 88), Goal: 130 lb - hey people im new.. i need help majorly.. okay i have this dance on january 31.. and i weight 145-150 and im 5'4.. i have a really pretty dress. and i want to lose like 20 pounds by than do u think i can do it.. by eating eggs in the morning an apple for snack or some kind of fruit and than a salad for dinner and or some low fat soup.. do u think i can do it by than also i wil be running 3 miles a day..? please comment back i would really like to know if i can do this? thanks everyone

Hello! OKay, this is my moment of truth. I am going to loose weight this break. I WILL!! I dont care how much, but this will be my jumppstart! OKay, I need major tips!!! How does this sound? I'll do 15 minutes of the machine "Tony LIttle's Gazelle" twice a day...so thats 30 minutes of cardio...Then I'll do 15 minutes of weight traning with 3 and 5 pound weights, and a therma band. Ill also practice dance evryday...And as for food...Im just going to be smart. That simple. Please give me more tips, help me, please!

Today: 181 lb, Goal: 157 lb - Hey Everyone, Today was sort of a difficult day for me, everyhting was goig great, and then at church the sermon today hit really close to home, don't want to get into personal details.. but it ws rough. So when I got home I was scared to jump on the scale, but I knew you guys were seeing who could lose the most weight.. So I got on and had to make sure what I was reading was right, (we don't have a digital scale) so i started counting backwards with all the little lines to make sure! I lost six pounds! It was great and defientley has brought up my motivation. I really haven't been doing anything special, just tryin to make healthy choices, and staying busy! If I could give you all any advice.. during Christmas break have fun do stuff, keep busy! im telling you it helps, because when you are out with friends you dont think about food! It was AMAZING! My youth group had a marathon we watched all three the movie made me jump, laugh, and cry so i recomend it! I have read a lot of posts lately and I just wanted to say that it looks like everyone who is trying to lose is not confident about it. For me, I always had a quote in mind. My favorite is "begin with the end in mind" and I think it is so appropriate. When you start your diet you have to begin with the confidence that you can do it. You have to find the strength to pull through all of it. Don't give up,begin with the end in mind. When you fall short of your goal,don't stop. Keep pushing until you cross the finish line. Since Im sick and it is hard for me to do taebo I am cleaning the house that burns cals and my mom is paying me $30 for doing it so hey its a win win situation. Well good luck to all of you trying to loose weight and I am so happy that anne is back

YES! i love my boyfriend's siter and my mentor anf friend. she gave me this really great p.m. conditioning for weight loss yoga set for my yule gift! i really love it and i plan on trying it out tomorrow night. i'm hoping it'll help with my semi-insomniac behavior lately by relaxing me while helping me lose weight. i plan to do taebo for 30 min. first thing in the morning to get me energized and to burn calories and to use my new yoga set at night to calm me down and stretch out my muscles and tone...

I am very mad at myself right now, instead of loosing a pound, i gained one! I don't know what happened, I was doin pretty good on my diet and i even have started up tae-bo again. And this week I kno will be killer~ Christmas lunch and maybe breakfast~ahhhh. lol. I kno that i am pmsing now, but with the added exercize shouldn't I have at least stayed the same? I going to do even more exercise though at the end of the week cuz i'm getttin the firm three pack of tapes. clifford and anne and every1 else i think y'all won the weight loss challenge thing this week, lol. o well. i'll ttyl~~~gottta go to church~mad :-/

This sux I was trying to do taebo again since I havent done it in awhile but all that happened was my thoart was killing me so I had to stop no wonder Im so fat I will never loose weight with this cough.
