Hey everyone! Okay...I am subscribed to the magazine OXYGEN and it is for woman who want to eat healthy and exercise. It has such great tips! Here is a plan that I've been following and haven't exactly lost any weight, but my stomach is soooo much flatter. Here it is. You start off with a basic crunch and you will do THREE sets of these and there are 30-40 repetitions. Next you will do a reverse crunch and you will do THREE sets of these with 30 repetitions. Next you will do the Bicycle and you are to do THREE sets and 30 repetitions(total, not to each side)Next is the Crunch with v-legs. You will do three sets and 30-40 repetitions. These are what the top trainers do to get their clients in shape. It also recommends that after a week you change the order of the workouts. And also, getting great abs is 30% training and 70% diet. i wantto wish everyone good luck on thier weight loss journey. i'm going to stop someing to this site though. i think that i may be depending on it too much- besides people think i'm rude. well- if that's true i don't want to be that way and this is the only place i was i guess. well- good luck everyone and lose the weight bye healthy diet and exersize.

I am finally set to lose weight! I am good with the exercise (I did Taebo Advanced every morning for almost two weeks until I kept going to sleep too late and then eventually didnít feel like working out for an hour at 4:45 in the morning!) but when it comes to dieting... To Anne- hey, sorry that you feel that you have to leave and that a few ppl have said what they feel in such a rude manner. To those out there who said that Anne is rude remember this: you can't really express yourself on a bulletin board well! I mean think about it, there aren't the facial expressions and tone of voice to recognize how the person talking is actually feeling. I seriously doubt the majority of ppl on here are trying to be uppity... considering they are going through the same situation as the rest of us. Anyways, Anne, continue to lose the weight and accomplish your goals, whether on or off BB. Although I do wish you would stay on with us, since you've been doing this weight loss thing longer than us newbies and have great advise on exercise and the like =P. Ht. 5'5", Start: 158 lb, Today: 126 lb (BMI %tile: 66), Goal: 115 lb - i used to be 5'3" and 158 pounds, now i'm 5'4.5" and 126 pounds, i want to get down to 115 pounds, but these last 11 pounds are so hard! does anyone have any tips on how i can get these last few pounds off?

What are the things that poke out of your upper thighs? Are they called saddlebags? Well, I want to lose my saddlebags and jiggly thighs, and I need to in a month and a half...please, i need info about how to do all that...what kind of workouts are there that can help them really good??? PLEASE!

Hey you guys! I've only eaten 600 calories so far today Yipee! And Guess wat? NO SWEETS.. except for one of those chocolates from the christmas calendar.. and dont worry I'll be eating some more tonight because I havent eaten dinner... but anyways my main reason for posting is that its like 17 days away from christmas and I have $1.25 to buy at least 3 people christmas presents.. so I was wondering if you guys had any ideas on making sum money.. besides baby-sitting:P Thanks!!

I saw where everyone is saying that muscle weighs more than fat and you may gain weight but lose inches on the message that i posted below this one i but that i wanted to lose like 40-50 pounds by may but i want to go from a 13-16 jeans (jouniors) to a 5-8 jean (jouniors) by may can i do that with drinking green tea, taebo, eating healthy, and anthing else ppl suggest??? please replythank you~*Bailie*~

I'm like trying to lose between 40-50 pounds by May I'm going to start drinking green tea and I'm goin to get taebo for christmas or after christmas some time and im going to do it like 2 times a day and soon my sister is goin to start taking me to a fitness place when ever she is off work so like maybe 1-3 times a day. I was wondering if any one knows any other ways that might help me to reach my goal and also if anyone knows if I'll be able to reach my goal if I do all the things i mentioned o yea and i also wanted to know that if anyone can give me like some good eating ideas. Ht. 5'8", Start: 200 lb, Today: 185 lb (BMI %tile: 96) - Wel i was 200, but i lost 15 lbs, and am now 185! I am 5' 8" I am so happY! And i was really happy when my friend's mom noticed that I lost weight, and said that she was realy proud of me! I didnt think that anyone noticed, but they did. I am happy!

Ht. 5'6", Today: 143 lb (BMI %tile: 78), Goal: 130 lb - hey guys i weigh 143 and am 5'6 i think im to big im very causious and dont like my body and everytime i try dieting it doesn't last long i know i can do it but i haven't yet. i think that if i weighed like 130 or so i would feel better about myself so what do you guys think if i was to drink nothing but water and cut down on the sweets do ya'll think i could lose the weight like that?? please reply an dtell me what you think!

I have surprisingly good will power. I have no breakfast, for lunch a PBJ sand. and water, and 1 thing of whatever there is for dinner. If its pizza, I eat half of it. I dunno but that is pretty good than before! I have lost 10 lbs in a lil more than 2 weeks, score! but i bet its not healthy...
