Ht. 5'3", Start: 172 lb, Today: 164 lb (BMI %tile: 98) - y0o0o...im 5'3 and 164lbs (used to be 172lbs), for u ppl dat r tryin to lose weight like me...you shud buy the game DDR (Dance Dance Revolution, u will need the dance pad, the game, and n e game system that has the gam), it is so much fun, and i heard u can lose weight by playing. i kno this 1 person who started playin ddr and he lost 40lbs on dat game alone. i hav that game and its a lot of fun. i play it everyday and i am pretty good at it. i am trying to work my way up to MANIAC....but i am still on TRICK, which is pretty good. well n e wayz....i hab a question...since i am starting to diet now, about how much weight can i lose until/before May???(which is in 6 months) thanx, i appreciate it. and hope u guys try out DDR! i highly recommend it! ^_^ *DiZ FlIp Iz oUt*

So many questions from me today! another thing, does anyone else any weight loss, or weight management diet pills at all? I was in my local health food shop and there are so many things that say they speed up metabolism and also that they are a natural remedy. Are these harmful? Or a good idea? Anyone tried them?

Ht. 5'4", Today: 138 lb (BMI %tile: 82) - Hi everyone!!What is a good way to NOT give into temptations to pig out and eat junk food?? i'm 5'4 and i weigh about 138 lbs. Today: 170 lb - Today I did weight lifting in gym and then after school i had basketball for 2 hours and then right after that I had to go to a half hour of swimming so today I really got my workout and I feel so proud of myself. I hope to be 167 by sunday i am 170 right now. So I am off to go do something see yall later

I have been sick since Monday with a fever (104 was the highest) and an extremely bad sore throat. My mom is taking me in to the doctors today to see if I have strep. My problem is that since Monday I have lost 3.5 pounds in around two days... because it is around 9:45 in the morning right now. There is a noticable difference in my body (love handles... stomach). Is it a problem to be losing that much weight?

Today: 225 lb - YAY!!! I'm not the only one home sick. I can't really hold anything down. I mean, I walked to school, and about half a block from there i started to feel really sick so i went to the nurse at the beginning of first period and at first(since i didnt have a fever) she wasnt gonna let me go home but i kinda-i really didnt feel good-got an attitude with her and she sent me home. I havent eaten anything but my mom is going to buy me some soup from St. Louis Bread Company(panera bread-st. louis is one of the only cities that still calls it 'st.louis bread')Well-I did better last night and i think the green tea and water i have been drinking the past few days is really helping out because i am at 225, even with my mcdonalds mess up. I hope everyone sick feels better and does good and i hope everyone else does good too!!!

Anne, yeh, I have been excerciseing abit but not everyday, so i'll try to do that! and how much water do you think I should be drinking each day? I weigh about 182lbs by the way. How do you guys fit so much excersise into your day! I always seem so busy, but im going to try and find more time for it :)

I'm around 5'8", and 146.5 pounds; somewhat happy. Oh, and another really cool thing. On that new "Kids helping Kids" section... I have 6 of my previous posts in it. Start: 212 lb, Today: 187 lb - Hey everyone. I found this site and it looks helpful for overweight people.When I decided to lose weight I was 212lbs. and with eating less and excersizing, especially in gym class I am now down to 187lbs.I was wondering what I could do during the winter time, its freezing outside right now, and I don't know what I can do for excersize. I did have gym in school, but no longer do I have it. I kind of feel embarrased to excersize or do things like that with my parents around, it just seems weird.What do you guys think?

HEY GUYS! I JUST GOT BACK FROM THE GYM. I JUST WANT TO TELL YOU THAT IF YOU GUYS BELEIVE IN YOURSELF YOU CAN DO IT. I WORKED OUT FOR 2 AND A HALF HOURS AT THE GYM, AND I DID AN HOUR OF YOGA. I BURNT A TOTAL OF 955 CALORIES TODAY! JUST WORK HARD AND NEVER GIVE UP. IM 5'8 AND I WEIGH 165 POUNDS AND IF I CAN DO IT, YOU CAN! W/B!

Okay, if you follow this plan then you can lose 3 inches in one week. Eat 3 healthy meals a day and 2 snacks. The first snack must be a fruit or vegetable and that goes the same for the second snack. In the morning, do 60 situps and 30 sidebends to each side. Make sure you are doing these exercises to the full extent and that you are doing them properly because if you won't see results. Before you go to bed, do 60 situps and then 30 sidebends on each side as you did in the morning. It will hurt the next day, believe me, but you must keep doing it for it to work. One week of exercising will be much worth the weight loss so keep to it!! It will be very uncomfortable at first, but you what you will accomplish should keep you going. Whoever ends up doing this, please end up posting how many inches youve lost!

wow- i really messed up on my diet tonight and i felt so disgusting. i promised to myself that i'll never ever eat myself sick again like i did tonight. it was more pain then joy. tomorrow i'm going to do great though- and i did drink a little over a gallon of water today so hopefully it wasn't a complete waste! i'm going to exersize a lot but i know that my week isn't destroyed by this- i might even lose more weight because of this because it's gotten me to do more about it. i've had 4 really good days and then 3 really bad days and still lost 2 pounds- heck- i did that last week! i was just a little stressed and bummed and depressed about school but after marty got out of work he made me feel so much better. he's my bestest friend in the entire world and i know that i can change my life however i want to with him by my side because i'm not so afraid of failing because he'll stick... Hiyas, Having abit of a rut. Ive been on my diet now for a couple weeks, and have just been eating healthy and avoiding rubbish junk foods. That worked great for a while but now i have lost 10lbs and i seem to be stuck at this weight, im still eating healthy but my weight doesnt seem to be going down! any ideas?
