I'm so proud of myself. I skipped breakfast yesterday and had just a few snacks for lunch so when dinner came i around i could eat. I only had one helping of everything and i had a slice of pie with fat-free whipped cream. And when i stepped on the scale this morning I hadnt gained any weight!!!

I kinda pigged out today so I'm hoping I didn't gain too much. Tomorrow I'm planning on only eating healthy things in small portions and exercising for two hours so that should get the weight off... have any others suggestions on how to STOP PIGGING OUT! It's like I keep taking 3 steps forward and two steps back...

Hey all, hope everyone had a great thanksgivin, everything's going okay.. even though i struggled alot yesterday and its takin alot more effort today to get back on track, but one question keeps runnin through my mind "do u want it" and im like yeah! so that helps me alot. I ddi fine yesterday as far as dinner goes i only had like a teaspoon of mashed potatoes so i stuck with the no carbs aspect.. the only thing is i had pie.. but u know what lookin back i enjoyed myself so im not really kickin myself and i ate a lot better than i normally do so im proud of myself for that. This is day 6 of my diet and tomorrow im jumpin on the scale so im kinda scared.. i mean even if i havent lost anything at least my habits are better.. and im plannin on excersizin more so that will def. add to my results.,. well ill post tomorrow about how im doing.. good luck everyone with today. Remmber that u do want it.. so think about that the next time u reach for the junk food that tastes alot better than it makes u feel aafter u eat it. Luv always, *MaNdY*

Today: 170 lb, Goal: 140 lb - ok...day after thanksgivin and i weigh 177...that really sucks, but i'm not surprised so its ok! i will still do my diet, but starting jan. 1st i'm REALLY gonna work hard! and be 140 by summer!

Hi I need help!!!! I don't know if this is normal or not so can SOMEONE plz tell me: I gain 10 pounds in a week and a half(is that normal) Well also if u know the answer to my next question plz tell me also...WHY AM I GAINING THIS MUCH WEIGHT THIS SO FAST??????AND....HOW CAN I LOOSE IT

IVE GOT THE ANSWER TO ALL UR PROBLEMS!!!!! IVE GOT A HEALTHY AND BALANCED DIET (WHICH STILL ALLOWS U CHOCOLATE) BUT WILL HELP U LOSE APPROX 3LBS PER WEEK!! HERE IT IS:
breakfast: a bananna, a drink of orange, a bowl of cerea l
dinner: a baked (jacket) potato with low fat cheese and baked beans.
tea: grilled tuna steak with salad
snacks: 2 pieces of fruit or a mini choc bar
still with it n i promise u will c results fast! hope ive helped!!!

Ok another post by me clifford real name sarah for those of you who dont get it. LOL Anne is like the only one. But anywho, I had an ok time with thanksgiving food I didnt overly stuff myself like I usually do so that made me happy. Plus I think I am gonna go and excercise after this so yea. But I have basketball everyday next week for like 2 hours which is cool. I hope on sunday I will be at least 171 or maybe even 170. Because for the sweethearts dance I want one of the many guys I like to ask me to sweethearts!!!!!! So I really want to be 150 at the most if I can get to 145 I will be so happy. I have a lot going for me and I can really see how much I need to loose this weight to be healthy and happy with my life. So thanx for any advice or motivation you guys give me in advance. BUHBYE for now

Ht. 5'5", Today: 140 lb (BMI %tile: 86) - Alrite hey everybody im 13 5'4 or 5'5 and about 140 i really dont know if im overweight but im not happy with myself and i would feel a lot better if i could lose about 15lbs or 20lbs that would be great!!! me and my mom bought the polates vidio and ive done it on weekends when im at my moms but im 2 embarassed to do it at my dads cuz we only have one vcr and its in the living room and i used to run a couple nights a week but its way to cold for that now...i do have basketball practice after school but i dont think im losing any weight doin that so does anyone have any ideas? i can do inside cuz all i ever do is get home and get on the computer and sit here until i go to bed and im sure thats y im fat is that true??? well i'd really like some help so if ya could leave a message PLEASE!!! thanks luv ya all

Start: 130 lb, Today: 147 lb - Ok so i ate no bad stuff at thanksgiving and I stepped on the scale this morning and I had gained 17 lbs!!!!!!! I weighed 130 lbs. but now I weigh 147. I put on 2 inches around my waist too. I think I just might give up this diet. I mean why bother if i'm just going to get fat n e way!!!
