if you guys can't stop eating candy then don't- but this is what you can do for it- switch from soft candy like chocolate and stuff to hard candy like lolly pops and mints and any other hard candy. think of it this way- you could have a 200 calorie(usually they're more then that but oh well!) candy bar and take 5 minutes eating it OR you can have a 80 calorie chacolate(or other flavor) tootsie lolly pop and have it last for 20 minutes....hmmmm. lol. well that's a tip for everyone- i've been doing that but this week i'm not going to have any candy. oh and for those that are interested in the negative calorie diet go to http://www.webterrace.com/negative/ for more info on it. i'm going to try it for a few days just to speed up my metabolism and because i'm going to an old town i used to live in in a few days. i'm also going to be good during thanks giving AND the birthday party i'm going... Ht. 5'5", Today: 140 lb (BMI %tile: 86) - Alrite im 13 an prob. around 5'4 or 5'5 i weigh about 140 (i think i dont have a scale...i use my grandmas) anyway im like soo confused cuz the mirrors at school i think i acutally look good in. and then my one at home i think i look fat in...which one is the real me? is 140 overweight cuz i sure feel like it. i guess nobody ever says im fat or anything like that basicaly everybody in the whole school likes me (we have like 300 kids in the whole school) so it only bothers me but i really need to slim down my stomach it really bugs me...and now that i've had like 3 boyfriends and im actually serious bout the one i have now so i wanna look good any advice????

ok ppl listen there was someone by the name Ruben which what he said isnt true the only reason im saying this is because kids will believe that stuff!! listen muscle is about 6 times the wieght of fat! so if your musclar u will wiegh more then u already did (and yes this is true) muscle is much more denser then fat! so when u noticed that u wieghed more and u excised alot dont freak out! u may of lost wieght and gained muscle!

ok yall know i got a problem and all but here is some good advice i have picked up over my weight loss goal i had a slow metabolism so i was like the only way i can do this is speed it up which is not completley true but it helps alot! here is how u do it .. eat something small every 1-2 hours like if ur at school and u get a bag of apple chips or something like that at the begging of class open ur purse and eat like five just keep your self eating every now and then to speed up ur metabolism...ok and here is something else ur not gonna get my problem justfor taking my advice my problem is overdosing on diet pills alot which u guys never ever in ur life do ..it takes over i got that from very low self esteem getting put down all the time always saying that i wasnt good enough and stuff like that ..thats FYI use it or dont ur choice

hi I was wondering if anyone could give me some stomach exersises. I've been doing crunches but I can't seem to get rid of extra skin that seems to have no elasticity after having twins 1 year ago. Someone told me that my stomach would always have hanging skin nomatter how hard I try, but I refuse to take no for an answer.

All it takes is about an hour of just simple walking a day or turn on some music and make up a dance, or jam to an exercise video..There's all kinds of things you can do! Than the other key step is to diet...don't necesarilly cut out all of the foods you like just start increasing your daily water intake and limit the foods you like...try to start eating more at home, rather than fast-food! Fast-food is really really fattening, In one cheesburger you could consume about 700 calories :(! But you can have lyke a free day every one or two weeks where you can go eat at your favorite restaurant! Good luck to all of you, I know you can do it if you put your mind to it!
