Ahh I was soo bad today.. I ate three pieces of pizza and a brownie and a cookie and a chocolate granola bar.. those were my bads for the day.. Okay for any of you who are like me .. I LOVE ice cream.. well eat popsicles!! LoL my mom bought popsicles the other day and I'm like woa.. only 50 calories!! thats terrific.. so whenever I'm craving ice cream I put a popsicle in my mouth... can't believe I forgot about them .. anyways I hope you guys are doing great with your diets.. and I hope that soon I can start Tae Bo..

Ht. 5'1", Today: 131 lb - Hi well i really badly want to lose weight i mean i dont look that fat actually i dont look like fat fatbut i feel really fat cause at school our pe teacher weighed us and i weighed 131 and im 5 feet and half an inch i come into this website and it motivates me to lose weigh so now everyday im going to come on and after this im going to go exercize.

Hey yall, I've just been thinking, and I relized something, I am happy that overtime, my body grew, and I became FAT. I know this sounds crazy but just read on. If I would have been given a perfect body, than I would not have had respected it, and I would have taken it for granted, and just teased other people who were not given such nice bodies. But since God gave me the body that I have, I have to work, to make it smaller, and shaplier. This way, when I do loose the weight, I will appreciate my body, nurishe it, and really take care of it. I will know the pain of being overweight, and not tease people who are batteling the buldge. Today: 460 lb, Goal: 210 lb - Help someone please! I am 460 pounds I need to lose 250 pounds and I want to do it in about 2-3 years. i wish i had an accurate scale at home. i weigh myself once a week at my boyfriends house but i want to weigh myself right now. grrr- oh well- i suppose it's better that it's making me wait. the scale i have tells me that i'm 145 pounds or so and there's no way that i've lost 7 pounds in 4 days. lol. oh well- i'll weigh myself later tonight but that's annoying because it's better if i do it in the morning but i don't have a good scale.

thanx you guys that have helped me get started and stay motivated.This isnt a weight question but something i am worried bout because I am afraid he might think Im to fat and the person who told me that he liked me was lieing i dont no any more. I want to ask this one guy out because he is a cutie and someone told me he likes me but im afraid they were just saying that. So I dont know whut to do? I was sitting and talking with him a little while after school and he is such a sweetie I just want to go out with him but i dont no whut he will say and I am afraid everyone will think weird of me cuz this guy isnt the type everyone would go out with? please help. Hey everone, I just wanted to say thanks for all of your support.. It's been a good five days so far and I feel like I have more energy, and more control of what Im eating. And I think i am gonna borrow a video from "the frim collection" lol since everyone is saying so much good stuff about them. Let's see and my paln seems to be workin im doin the south bech diet revised by yours truly, im including fruits, and milk, and im doing my best to get rid of carbs and im doin well the only carbs i have eaten is maybe a cup of health ceral every other day or so. And another thing ive noticed is since ive been using this website i barely think about food, yesterday it was around dinner time and i had realized that all i had eaten i two apples a bananna and a piece of hard candy.. so im glad food isnt ruling my life anymore... and I owe part of that to you guys im really grateful for your... I know tomorrow will be hard cuz of thanksgiving but i know i can stick to this.. hey everyone I did taebo in gym today and also I had baasketball. I am going to try and eat really well this weekend so i can be at 170 by sunday. I am planning on not eating a lot of munchies and saving for the main meal tomorrow and at the main meal have veggies, fruits, turkey, and whatever else is happy and also some potatos because my great aunt makes some great potatos so I have to have some of those. Well I'll be sure to post my weight on sunday. BUHBYE for now!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

if you guys can't stop eating candy then don't- but this is what you can do for it- switch from soft candy like chocolate and stuff to hard candy like lolly pops and mints and any other hard candy. think of it this way- you could have a 200 calorie(usually they're more then that but oh well!) candy bar and take 5 minutes eating it OR you can have a 80 calorie chacolate(or other flavor) tootsie lolly pop and have it last for 20 minutes....hmmmm. lol. well that's a tip for everyone- i've been doing that but this week i'm not going to have any candy. oh and for those that are interested in the negative calorie diet go to http://www.webterrace.com/negative/ for more info on it. i'm going to try it for a few days just to speed up my metabolism and because i'm going to an old town i used to live in in a few days. i'm also going to be good during thanks giving AND the birthday party i'm going...
