Today: 203 lb, Goal: 100 lb - Help! Im 11 and 203 lbs. i desperatly want to llose weight. i want to be 100lbs. does any one have any ideas on how to loose weight? i know i have to eat right and exercise, but how? What exercises? How do I cut down on foods? i really need help. i want to have a flat stomach, lean arms and lean legs. i wear a size 16 in women's. i want to be able to wear smalls in juniors. thanks SO MUCH. you don't know how much these ideas and this site means to me.

Ht. 5'6", Today: 139 lb (BMI %tile: 74), Goal: 125 lb - right first of all id just like to say i am so pleased that there re sum celebs who have curves n aint afraid to show em i.e j.lo n beyonce! they luk gr8 n healthy! but @ my skool they r seen as chunky! i have the same build as beyonce- im pretty much got a lil belly n large thighs! it looks so good on her but i just feel fat! i really wanna lose like a stone n just feel betta bout myself! i wanna do this by xmas time! do u have any food n exercise tips? thank u so much x x x x x x xx ps: i weigh 139 n im 5'6

Start: 190 lb, Today: 250 lb, Goal: 150 lb - I feel so fat!Over the past few months i've managed to gain 60 pounds and now i'm 250 pounds again, i really wanna reach 150 but i just cant stop eating, my belly is huge and my clothes are really tight, my wide hips and big bum are really noticable and peeps keep calling me names, all the guys think i'm fat and ugly but those who are intrested in me are only interested in my chest!Please save me from this hellish life!

Ht. 5'8", Start: 300 lb, Today: 290 lb (BMI %tile: 98) - Well this is my first post here and it is a happy post... I am very obese... I am 5'8 and weigh 290... however i did used to weigh 300... i do feel better about myself and I just wanted to share this with everyone else who is out there trying to lose weight with me! Today: 136 lb - i was 134 last week, not im 136. i dont see how i could have gained weight. i didn't eat tons of junk food, i didn't even eat any halloween candy. this is so depressing. i even did my walk away the lbs vid(1mile) for 3x, which is an hour, on friday---with 2lb weights. i don't see how i could have gained. but my hip measurement is still the same...38 inches. how could i have gained 2lbs???

Hi everyone i have some advice that maybe everyone needs. my friend was in the hospital cuz of her diabetes she was getting to much insulin being made and her body so now i really am goin to try and looose weight so i dont get diabetes but even if ur skinny u can still get diabetes my friend use to be really active and skinny i mean real skinny then she got diabetes and she gained a lot of weight and put on pounds. So if u are skinny u have to eat right stilll but dont try to loose more just eat right and excercise it is a life change and if u are already skinny i urge u all to just start to eat right like vegies cuz if u are 110 pounds u can still get diabetes it just isnt as common with skinny peeps as it is with fatter peeps. See i just met her this yr with my transition to high school but it is still sad and i dont like her story it is upseting. So everyone if u are thick work hard... I went yesterday and really pushed myself to do it, my feet and body were killing me and it is not easy but when I got on the scale this morning I weighed 3lbs less than I had the day before and I had eaten a bunch of candy too!! Try to really use ur legs and just keep going, when u r really out of breath sit down((I went to a rink but n e where works, I am only able to go to the rink on weekends n e ways so my hood is gonna have to do during the weekdays...lol)) Try to get a friend to come with u and have races and talk to each other it is really awesome and u can get really good and show off((lol, on of the reasons I am gonna keep doing this : ) plus u can get into shape. It is cheap to go to the rink too sometimes it costs like a dollar or 2 to get in and rentals r 2.50. In 2 1/2 hrs you can burn n e where from 850-1500 calories. Hey everyone! If you are going somewhere like a wedding or vacation and you need to tone up fast then you should buy the "7 Day Emergency" exercise video. It comes with a 7 day diet plan that you have to follow. In the video it is half cardio, half kickboxing/cardio, and free weights. It really does work!

I feel very sick. I am very overwieght and I hate myself. Not to mention I have a risk of heart faliure or anything else including wieght issue's. I can't stop eating food. I HATE myself for doing what I am doing to myself. My grades arn't top notch and I always eat french fries at the cafetria. I don't look very fat. I always thought I was a cool kid. I play baseball, and football. I use to play basketball, but since everyone else is like Allen Iverson Jr. I don't fit in with the sport. Everyday I come home sit on the couch and eat candy bars. I can't help myself. Then after that I have football practice. I lose like 2 pounds every practice, but I get so hungry after so I eat like 7 pounds of food. My dad trys to help me with me eating, I JUST CAN"T STOP. I really feel like I am my own enemy. I just turned 14 today and I feel very bad. When we run miles during school I always keep... Start: 205 lb, Today: 177 lb, Goal: 165 lb - Ok people. I used to be 205 in August and now i'm 177! I'm actually starting to think I can do this and do it right! Does anyone no if soup is healthy? cuz My school's soup is soooo good, but I don't know if I should eat that. Ok well only 37 pounds until I reach my first goal!
