Ht. 5'6", Today: 266 lb (BMI %tile: 98) - hi ive not been on here for ages. ive gained more weight im now 266lbs thats 19stone im 5'6 and have a 40-42 inch weist. its terrible i want my mum to realise how large ive gotten but she says that im fine. how can i make her notice because she only sees my gut when im asleep in bed. do u think i should walk around the house with no top on. i have trouble sitting as i have large man boobs and they rest on my rolls of fat and give me rashes. i have the same trouble with my thighs they rub together when walking. my gut just hangs over my trousers it looks disgusting. please reply and dont take my message off as that has happened the past two times. u can e-mail me at newingtonb@hotmail.com p.s by the way im 14 years old

Ht. 5'7", Today: 250 lb (BMI %tile: 98) - Hi! I am 5'7", about 250lbs, and 15 yrs old. I know this is really unhealthy. To improve my health and lose weight, I have tried to cut back on red meats, high in carb foods, fats and oils, and have drank nothing but water. The only problem is, I am very unmotivated, so I haven't made much progress. Now I am startng this program called Body Flex. It is a program where you take breathing techniques combined with a few little resistant exercies, and helps you lose inches faster and healthier. The proplem here is, i still have my motivation meltdown. But i am trying really hard to stick to it, and I will stay posted with my results to hopefully help anybody I can. I know I need it. EVERYBODY READ! I am 15 years old and I recently started doing Taebo. A friend of mine (who is 19 and in college) was absolutely DETERMINED to lose weight. So for about 3 weeks straight she did taebo Advanced twice a day and drank TONS of water (no soda or juice) and had slim fast ONLY when she was hungry. She would also eat salads and Special K and Gummy Bears for a snack because they are fat free. She lost 30 pounds in tha short amount of time but she worked out VERY vigorously. I wouldnt suggest doing that but I know how it is sometimes good to here of other peoples success to motivate yourself. There is a 21 day challenge for Taebo where u do some form of Taebo everyday for 21 days straight. If u skip a day u have to start over. I am on day 5 and starting tomorrow I am cuttin out all junk. It tells you how many calories you are burning for ur particular height and weight and for tha particular activity u are doing and for that amount of time! This website can ALSO tell u how many calories u need to burn to reach ur goal weight by a certain day. Or how many calories u need to burn each day to reach that weight.
