Is there an eating disorder for people who cant stop eating or always has to eat? Id really like to know. Im a very strong willd person and im not really one to let things stand in my way, but i've been heavy all my life and i've been on so many diets, its like when someone tells me im fat, i find something to eat, Im so tired of being fat, im scared to get on another diet cause i know when someone says something to me ill be off it and i cant take letting myself down any more! I really need help!!

I need some help losing weight... I'm new. pleez i really need to do this becuase next year i am gonna go to high school and i dont wannna be overweight anymore. ive been overweight since kindergarten and i wuznt xtremely teased until this year when ppl started instant messaging me saying i weighed more than 3000 lbs and should never think that i would ever have a boyfriend. it hurt me. and now i have been determined too lose it. some of my best friends are guys, but theyve been my friends forever. they look past the weight.. but im 2 close 2 them 2 be boyfriend.girlfriend and i dont like them in that way. so thanks, please post for suggestions! -heLp

hey yall i have ran into a problem....at school i have third period lunch which is at like 10am and i cant eat anything there cause for one thing thats gross to eat school food and im not hungry then anyway i know im not suppose to skip anymeals but during the week i always do but when i get home from school i eat alot but i eat all my other meals ....i would bring something to eat when i am hungry but none of the teachers will let us eat in class...so if yall have any ideas please share and im still looking for an excersize to get rid of the flab on my back please reply if u have any tips and thanks for every thing...o and good luck! ~lily~

Today: 170 lb - Im back yall! hey. i lost 4 lbs! yay. in now 170. and you know whats weird? i play tennis right? and i love it,but not because its excercis. so today i ran for 25 min, did crunches, JJS(jumpin jacks) and weights and i feel great. so i have a suggetion for all of you. if ur somene who doe weights or runs on a treadmill infront of a tv-DONT DO IT! it makes you dizzy and gives you a headache. if you get a stereo, and put on ur favorite music(upbeat works wel) and just concentrate on a thing, or thought, u get into it. i love excercising now and i cant WAIT to go see my exsummer love fom this summer and show him the new me. good luck to yall. xoxo -*determin'd*

Hey everyone! Sorry if you didn't understand my post before, I hope you forgive me :-D anyways... Today I started my diet, im doing great so far today i've only had about 1100 calories!!! I'm so happy! Also I found a great work-out I go to my local park and excersize, I walk about a mile... It's a start!!! I'm so proud of myself. lol. Also sometimes i use this video called "Walk away the pounds... with abs" it works ok, but walking is much better! And today proboly for the 1st time in my life i went a day with-out junk food!!! Today: 220 lb - hey guys i havent been here for a while but in the lil bit i havent been here i gained a lil weight. i went from 218lbs to 220lbs. at my last physical for the doctor i was 215lbs. i really wanna be at least that by my next one in however long it is away. i just started taebo yesterday. it is soo awesome. it is hard if ur outta shape like i am but so worth it. its not like any other workout ive ever done before. im so tired afterwards an so sweaty i kno i am doin it right cause thats nevr happened with a workout before. im doin the "get ripped" tape. it only my second day but i can wait to see the results. im hoping to lose a considerable amount of weight in the next 6 months. i just have to get my eating habits in control. if anyone has any advice just email me at chunkymonkey827@hotmail.com.

Ht. 5'5", Today: 210 lb (BMI %tile: 98) - Hey you all, im 5"5 and 210 im a cow, my mom gets on me and every day she reminds me how fat i am which i think makes me go to food for my comfort(she dont mean anything by it though). Ive been fat all my life and i want to cange. Out of my parents and my 3 brothers im the fatest. I know im an ?embarsement? tom my whole family but mostly my older brother. I hate being fat i hate mysself and feeling this way makes me hate everyone around me. If anyone knows and really good diets that maybe daont cost alot of money please let me know! Thanks alot.

whats everyone do for exercises? i do the walk away the lbs vid(1mile walk) 2x. walk up n down stairs 20-30x. do lunges, and these ab exercises: the bridge, the hundred, the bicycle, the plank, the long arm crunch, the saw, the vertical leg crunch, single leg circle, double leg stretch, reverse crunch, forward spine stretch, and this exercise where u hold ur abs in tight for 15 seconds it = 1 pushup. i also do some thigh exercises(dont know what there called)
