HEY i made aplan for myself today tell me how it sounds Breakfast-3/4 cup of cocopebbles w/ whole milk ( my one fatty thing today) snack-strawberry whipped yogurt Lunch-either a turkey sandwhich, soup or a lean pocket w/ fruit-2-o(havent figured out which one) WORKOUT-18 min WALKING AWAY THE POUNDS Snack-fruit-2-o with stringy cheese Dinner- w/e my mom makes but in small portions how that sound?? TO LOSE 2 POUNDS A WEEK- This is quite a heavy task that requires a lot of exercise and a low calorie limit. To lose 2 pounds a week, you need to cut out 1000 calories a day. That is a lot, that is why, I strongly recommend diet and exercise for this type of weightloss. You'll want to exercise so you burn anywhere from 500-700 calories a day, and subtract 300-500 calories off your average caloric intake. This means that you must exercise for anywhere from 1-3 hours (1 is running, 3 is walking) to burn off the calories. But, the good thing is, you don't have to do all this exercise at once. It can be broken up into no less than 15 minute sprints of time. This means you could run (or in place) for 15 minutes 4 times a day, and maybe walk for 30 minutes. Remember, though, the heavier you are, the more calories you burn, and the easier for you to lose weight. In eating, to lose 2 pounds a week, say your average was 2100, you'll want to eat anywhere fron 1600-1800 calories a day. Also remember, that guys need more calories than girls, so they should probably increase their caloric intake 100 calories (not much, that's about 1 1/2 apples). AHHHHHH!!!!! i feel so guilty (well actually i always feel guilty about eating but i feel major guilty....u could say i am obsessed with loosing weight!) but omg!! i think i have eaten so much okay for breakfast i had 1/2 cup of great grains cereal w/ 1% milk, then i got the urge to have a piece of fudge so i at it (it was iked tiny though about this long |----------|) and then when i walked by my cupboard wheat thins caught my eye so i had about 5 or 6 of them and then i was rummaging through my other cupboard and i found those new flava twists(chips) so i opend up the bag and took a handful.. to u it may not sound like alot but to me, since im obsessed, it is what can i do?? i know i am having a lean pocket for lunch and then i am doing that new walk away the pounds video i got for xmas but do u have any ideas to stop me from snacking like that??
