Ht. 6'0, Wt. 185 - YAY! ppl are starting to notice my weight loss...like my friends parents and coaches and stuff...but yeah so im happy...yesterday i almost passed out at volleyball from dehydration i think but my mom thinks its cuz i didnt eat enough...but yeah i swam for 2 hours to day and might go for a run in a bit idk tho...have any of you ever heard of power 90? or turbo jam?i saw an infomerrcial for it and i really want to try it and my mom said shed bye it for me if i did it so yeah hope it works! Ht. 5'7'', Wt. 186 - I know this is two back to back bbulletins but can someone help me. I'm the 3rd biggest kid in my class. I've been trying sooo hard to loss weight. But I end up eating junk. Like last night I was stuck sleeping in the tent and I did fine all day until then. I ate 1/2 of a (family size) bag of doritos and a bag os sour cream and onion chips. I don't drink sodas but that's still not helping. Then today I did awful too and I gained weight back from what I loss and I can't go on a walk it's storming outside. It won't be nice again for a while. I really need help. I can't jump rope in the garage the ceilings are too low and I can't do anything in the house I have very low ceilings. HHHEEELLLPPP!!

There isn't a quick fix to becoming healthier. If you aren't losing weight for yourself and for your well-being, if you are doing it in vain, then you know, don't even bother. Plus, whenever someone gets on here and is excited about losing a few pounds, I hardly see any congratulations. Instead, I see "How'd you do it?!!!! Tell me!!! How did you do it?!!!" Remember, the weight didn't pile on overnight, so it won't come off overnight. We need to chin up, become more optimistic. There is no big secret to weight loss. I have these recommendations of my own: Check out your BMI, see where you land. Then see what the recommended weight is for your height. Try to get to there first, and then if you want to lose more, then go ahead. Don't aim for a 50 pound loss first thing. Try to go in increments of 5-10. Things don't look too bad then. Aim for 1200 calories a day. Drink water, water, and more water! Get in your fruits and veggies! Remember, being healthy isn't always about weight as well. Try to become physically fit all around. I know of plenty of "skinny" people who probably wouldn't be able to do the sort of "hiking" I do each evening. Speakng of me, things are going okay. Yea, I get frustrated to sometimes, but I'm just keeping up with the routine, consuming healthier foods & walking my daily 2-3 miles. Weigh-in for me is on Saturday, so let's up the scale is down a few more notches. :D Best of Luck! (view less)

Ht. 5'3", Wt. 188 - ok i think i just totally binged!!!! i was doing so good......for breakfast i had an apple w/ PB and a piece of cheese and water. for lunch i had turkey and cheese roll ups, flavored water granola bar, baby carrots and grapes. It was actually kinda good but i have 2 say those nachos were really tempting. but i did it. then i came home and it just poured on me!!!! cashews, pretzels, lucky charms, water...OMG!!! thats my problem, i binge. i cannot stop myself even when im full. but thank god my dad and i are going to the gym tonight. but now i have another problem....i left my iPod in my locker.....:(

Ht. 5'5, Wt. 150 - hey guys i havent posted anything for a while but i am really down i lost 10lbs and then i gained 5 of it back i really want to lose more weight and get down to 130 b4 camp starts b/c all of the girls at my camp r really skinny and look great in their swimming suits me on the other hand look like a fat cow that just walked out of the pasture and i also want to make my b/f happy we havent met in person yet and i am afraid that when he sees me for the first time he is going to FREAK out b/c i weigh 15lbs more than he does im really depressed right now can someone help me get back on the right track :'( lots of love Kellina
