Ht. 5'4", Wt. 175 - Well it has been exactly one year since I started losing weight seriously and in I lost 35 pounds I was hopeing to lose more than that in a whole year but I plan on trying harder this year. Wish me luck!

Ht. 5'1, Wt. Don't wanna kno.. - holy crapppppp I have been doin so horrible lately the past weekend and everything from cookies to chips to pop to candy to ice cream to cake. OMG ugh I bet I'm like 200 lbs now I'm goin to start working as hard as I can I'm goin to get back into the dvd I did and I'm goin to start savin money an buy more work out movies. anyway good luck peepz

Ht. 5'8, Wt. 173.5 - hi everyone, well today im slightly happier! not many moer pounds to shift until im in the 160's yay! this week though im really going to go for it! by following a strict diet plan and exercising everyday, i hope to be around 170lbs by next saturday, Good luck to everyone else !

Ht. 5.2, Wt. :( 150 - ok! i just came up with this great idea! i think that i will cut my food pantry in half. one half will be m y families adn the half will be mine without alot of junk food. maybe the fridge will get cut in half too. (not literaly) lol and does ne one agree with me that if youcant wear a 2 piece bathing suit, ur over wieght? let me no!

Ht. 5'9, Wt. 200 - Ok I have p.e first hour in the morning so thats likes 40mins of exercise in the morning and then softball in the afternoon so whats like 2hrs there. Should I do like more exercise when I get home?

Ht. 5'6, Wt. 200 - so today still sucked..... i went to get lunch and they were out of salad!! how in the heck did that happen!??? i didnt see anyone with salads! so i had a slice of pizza but i did sit ups when i got home...then for dinner i had shrimp and rice and water...yup... breakfeast i think i had something i just cant remember lol

Ht. 5'5, Wt. 180 - Yay today i danced, ran on the tredmill for 20 minutes, did 170 situps, 25 pushups and about to do weights. I ate life cereal, about 1/2 cup of pasta salad, a half a bagel and huge plate of chile.
