Ht. 5'7, Wt. 161 - Im so mad. There is this guy at school whos so cute. I have a major crush on him. He kinds likes me and we even went to the dance once. No everything changed. He was always a little pudgy but compared to me he looks like a fitness model. Anyway, I live Miami and we went to the beach with my whole school. I wore a gorgeous blue bikini which makes me look kinda thinner and he took of his shirt - he had been working out and stuff and had this amazing six pack. He looked so sexy. Naturally, all these popular pretty thin girls who are like 120 pounds and in bikini came to him and now he forgot about me!!! I hate being fat!

They said if you want to keep your pot belly keep doing sit ups. Just thought you'd all want to know. And another thing it said was that if you work out and sweat on a heavy exercise session your metabolism returns back to its previous sluggish state after just 30 - 60 min! It says to keep your Meta - Stat set on HIGH, you don't have to sweat yourself silly in a gym class or jog to alaska and back. You simply have to tweak your metabolism at reg. intervals during the day so it keeps revving all day long. No Fad diets, just plain old cutting back , cardio and eating healthy. Its all that it takes. Take no shortcuts and in 5 months im sure you can lose your desired weight ( or even less ). On july 17th somewhere around 11 at night I went for a run. I could barely manage one street. The next few days where the same untill one day I ran the whole stretch (2 miles). I kept adding streets here and there and before two long I could run 4 miles. At this point I was 15 pounds less and was very motivated. I joined a gym id say at the end of july. I kept it up and still after 55pounds i was still steadily losing weight, My mother did not approve of what little I ate and said that my metabolism would eventually catch up to me. Around december 21st I binged, I binged for 20 some days due to the overwhelming array of food during the holidays. But I still went to the gym every now and then. On January 17th i stepped on the scale, to my surprise I didnt gain one pound over the course of the holiday, going into the holiday season I was 233, and was 233 at the end of it. It seems that my metabolism was fine from my previous weight loss and gym visits(my mother was wrong). Since two weeks ago I have been motivated to get back to my regular weight loss, and since January 20th I have lost 13 pounds. In july when i finally got things together I set a desired weight "220". Today I have achieved by goal, but since im still on a roll I will go down to 200 EASILY before spring. My motivation can cut steel. I have come to a point where I can control my cravings and where I dont need lots of food. What I ate: Veggies, Meat, Popcorn (air popped), Fruits. I also on occasion ate good meals from resturants. But never NOT ONCE ate any fast food. Id say my average caloric intake was 1200. Although on weeks I really wanted to see the pounds drop I would have 300-800. You might say this is unhealthy, I say look in the mirror, I have lost 85 pounds and I can bench 300 pounds and run 5 miles, am I unhealthy? And one more thing: dont have any bing days, they CAN ruin you, this habit is a diets death. What I drank : Water I feel better, Im buff, I can move without getting tired. I did it, you can do it. Take no shortcuts and you will see results. You keep telling yourself "next monday i will start my diet" BULL, put that hoagie down and start running, Nows the time! (view less)

Ht. 5.2, Wt. :( 150 - i am a picky eater. i only like the veggies that are corn patatoes and like i htink that its. i love friuts like grapes apple bananas but i hate like cassaroles and broccoli and beans pees its soo gross. what should i do to eat something other then fruits and junk and meat?

Ht. 5.2, Wt. :( 150 - thanks everyone for the replies adn suggestions it seems like they should help! and i do good during the week wen eating like i have a salad everyday for lunch. at dinner no one iss home so i like munch on junk. ill try to think of something to make but then i get lazy adn dont want to cook. starting monday i am gunna start a new routine and meal plan. so i hope it works!

Well i am 15 and i am obviously in high school. i play softball which would make you think oo she's athletic but i am probably one of the heaviest girls out there.
