Ht. 5ft6, Wt. 75kgs - Hiya,i've been keeping a blog for sometime detailing my dietien diasters and triumphs over the past six months.It has everything that i've been/have been going through as i diet.I think that if anyone would like to see that they are not alone in the this scary world of dieting that my blog would be a good read.I dont mean to sound bigheaded!!

Ht. 5'8, Wt. 165ish - Hey everyone, How did I do? Breakfast : Slim fast shake, small bowl cereal, Lunch : Slim fast snack bar, bottle of water, Dinner : 2 bowls rice crispys, 1 banana and a few strawberries. I jogged on the treadmill for 70 min tonight, went 5 miles, and burnt 700 + cals. I also went shoppin for like 2 1/2 hours. So how did I do?

Ht. 5'5", Wt. not sure - Breakfast: blueberry waffle & strawberries; Lunch: salad and 100 calorie pack; Snack: 2 slices of watermelon; Dinner: TV dinner (3 chicken nuggets, mac n' cheese, corn, & chocolate pudding with sprinkles) & a cup of milk. Excercise: badmitten in P.E., 10 minute walk, and I'm going to go do a thigh workout now. Please give feedback. Thanks.

Ht. 5''8, Wt. 305.8? - I've been doing SOOOOOO good! My cal. limit is 2600 daily, and I barely go over 1,200 every day! I've been drinking tons of water which is important and exercising every day for at least 40 mins. I hope to lose some more before my 16th birthday (Feb. 21st). **NOTE** I know a lot of us like hamburgers or cheeseburgers, but I spoke to my doctor saturday, and she says it takes longer to digest and even longer to get rid of exercising. A better choice would be turkey hamburger, which is a substitute. It's healthier and it tastes even better than hamburger!

Ht. 5'6, Wt. 161 - alright so i lost 3 1/2 pounds
today i ate 1 rib, ramen noodles, low fat ice ceam cone 150 cals) and some carrots with peanut butter
i jogged on the treadmill for about 20 mins.

Ht. 5'5", Wt. not sure - Today- Breakfast: oatmeal, cup of milk; Lunch: pb sandwhich on wheat bread, banana; Dinner: 2 pieces of veggie pizza w/ white sauce;. Excercise: 10 minute walk, 10 minutes going up and down stairs, thigh workout= about 30 minutes of excercise. FEEDBACK PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ht. 5'1, Wt. Don't wanna kno.. - I'm not going to be able to loose weight !! grrrrr. Junk food here and there. Money to go and blow at stores computer and TV to sit in front of. People to annoy you about your weight. Where doez it all end? I'm tired of being 190. Next week we are doing swim week and I'm not doing it for two reasons 1. I'm fat. 2. We shouldn't have to swim in PE. My sister buys all this junk food and I eat it. I'm tired of being this weight but it's hard to change what I eat and how much I exercise. I do exercise in PE exept swim week that's the only thing I don't do other wise I do participate. After school I come home usally have to babysit so I go on the computer for a while and if not I go on the computer and chat.
