Ht. 5'7, Wt. 227 - do you guys think my diet and exercise plan is ok.
Breakfast- 3egg whites,piece of wheat bread carrots,and fruit
Snack-fruit Lunch- cup of tuna salad, carrots or green beans
and fruit Snack-fruit Dinner- Baked chicken,corn green beans.
I normally do 15min on treadmill and probably 5min of ab exercises,5min walkin up,down steps.and i dance for about 30min.plus I drink water throughout the day. I'm trying to lose about 50 pounds by june 1st. But being below 200lbs pounds is fine too. tell me if ya'll think its possible?

Ht. 5'5", Wt. not sure - Heyyy peoples. I was wondering how often you have a treat (non-diet food like ice cream or a candy bar or fast food). I want to eat healthy most of the time and have a treat every (insert number here) days.

Ht. 5'5", Wt. not sure - I bring my own lunches to school since the schools' lunches are so fattening and discusting. Can you guys please give me ideas on what the main part of the meal could be? Like everyday I bring a PB sandwhich on wheat bread! I need easy ideas for main parts of lunches.

Ht. 5'4, Wt. st 185 now 159 - so my weight went up and stayed between 164 and 162 for like the last 3 weeks.. and i was kicking my butt at the gum and eating really good. it finally went back down to 159 so hopefully im oer that platue and it will keep going down. gah its so damn fustrating sometimes. im sick right now so i havn't been eating much at all. that could be it too haha. ayways just wanted to check in and i hope everyone is doing good!..

Ht. 5'1, Wt. 170 - i've started running for soccer this spring and in 3 weeks im able to run a two miles all the way through without stopping. i feel great eevrytime i run. though i recommond running with a friend cause they can motivate you and you them. i run with my friend and i know that without her i would not have gotten this far. Though running alone is great to just be alone with your thoughts though ialso suggest music i bring my ipod with me. my grandma who NEVER gives compliments said it looked like i lost weight and i have lost teh five pounds i gained over christmas withotu even chaning my diet. excersize can go a long way and it also makes you feel great! i higly suggest to start running with a friend the first week is awful but once u get past the mile stretch its easy to keep goign cause you feel so accomplished.

Ht. 6'0, Wt. 218 - hey you guys. i would like to see if my goal seems reasonable. as u can see, im six foot even and i weigh 218(down from 246)and i want to be a muscular 170-180 pounds. i plan to do this by losing about 6-7 pounds a month( i lost 7 pounds last month). im just cutting everything i eat in half and lifting weights and riding a exercise bike for 30-45mins, 5-6days a week. i also just discovered "monster" energy drink. i love it cuz it gives me lots of energy but im afraid it will make me lose weight. what do u guys think?

Ht. 5'4", Wt. S:208 N:198 G:145 - Hi all, as of yesterday I have officially lost my first 10 pounds. It took about a month, but of course it was worth it. Now, I'm wondering if it's possible to lose another 25lbs by mid June? I've kinda fallen out of eating healthy, but I'm starting back. Also, since the weather is a little nicer, I'm going to start walking/jogging again, along with trying pilates. I really don't have much time to work out, but I plan on putting in at least 3 days a week. With that and eating healthy(no fried foods, sweets, soda, etc) do you think it's possible to lose those 25 pounds? Thanks.

Ht. 5.2, Wt. :( 150 - hello ! well ive benn eating halthier for the last few days since saturday adnd its been going well. i wanted to no what th easiest way to lose weight in a week is. ive been eating healthier but my treadmil is broke. is it ok to do 40 crunches while in bed? like wen i go to sleep?
