Ht. 5"8, Wt. 170lbs - I bought a workout video today and i just finished it..its really good. It has a diet plan on it and everything. Im going to stick to this and hopefully lose 28lbs by the summer!!

Ht. 5'4", Wt. 175 - OMG I cant get this thing down I go to bed so motivated cuz i screwed up that day which is all the time and then i do good in the morning and during school but when i get home i just crash and eat and eat. I mean I lost weight before but stopped during the summer( i know bad idea) it seemed so easy the first time but now it seems like i just cant do it. Ht. 5'3", Wt. 202 - I am so happy, I finally had a good day! The only thing is I didn't get to go for a walk, but I am gonna dance for a while and do some other exercising for 15 minutes. Here's what I ate today: Cereal for breakfast, spicy chicken sandwich and a few fries for lunch, chocolate birthday cake for a snack (bad I know), half a peice of baked chicken and a little bit of mashed potatoes and gravy for dinner, and then my mom let me have a piece of her valentines chocolate. So other than the chocolate, I think I did good, how do you guys think I did???

Ht. 5'1, Wt. Don't wanna kno... - Ello peoples. I have one main problem and it is if I don't eat lunch at school I'll come home and totally eat anything and everything. I eat so much food when I get home it's mostly junk food. I'm going to try this ceral all bran it's 70 calories in 1/3 cup without milk but I'm going to have 2 % milk in it so 1 cup would be w/e I'll say it all tomorrow. For lunch I'll have my normal peanut butter sandwhich. I don't have any exercise at school this week cause I'm not doing swim week I'll try and get some in B4 I go to school and after school for an hour dancing blah blah and walk or bike ride. Another thing I can't stop drinking MOUNTAIN DEWW!! Ahhh I'm addicted to it!! I try and save up all my money for something I really want then I go blow it at the store on junk. I'm goin to start saving up my money for work out videos...well anyway good luck peeps. - Montana

Ht. 5'7", Wt. 280ish - I started the Weight Watchers Diet today, but I ended up having 4 more points than I'm supposed to && I didn't even eat dinner yet. I don't think I will eat dinner. It just goes to show you that I was definitely way overeating && that school food has a lot of calories in it && such. Wish me better luck for tomorrow. <3

Ht. 5'5", Wt. 152 - for some reason i cant lose weight. for about 2 months now i've been exercising and eating less and healthier and drinking tons more water and i havent lost any weight or any inches on my body. it really doesnt make any sense because i've even checked online and it says that most days i burn about 400-500 calories more than i consume. can anybody help me start my weight loss?
