Ht. 5'5 1/2, Wt. 178 - to LAURA i know ive gained weighed but its because the way i eat probably but its not thyroid ive been to da doc. I mean i was lookin at ways to loose it again like ways to eat healthy. IM a size 9 in juniors i used to be a size 5 im trying to loose it again but its hard if i keep on eating unhealty. Thank you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ht. 5'5, Wt. 180 - Lindsey: i might have gotten the wrong impression out... I didn't mean it like you shouldn't lose weight, i just want you to be careful. I'm sorry to here that about your family, you're totally right. Okay well today i had 2 eggs 1 piece of wheat bread with water, then 1 can of corn, a bowl of raisin bran, two chocolates, and 4 peroges. I wish i didn't eat the perogies...but i did 20 minutes on the tredmill and 30 pushups, and 170 crunches. Honestly i don't know if this workout plan is good. I mean on the tredmill i only almost b urn 300 cals. Will i lose weight this way even if i eat more than that?

Ht. too tall, Wt. too fat - I think a ley aspect of feeling good is the clothes you wear.People say that they feel sexy wearing tight clothes, this may be, but if you are too big to get into these tight clothes then fat will bulge out of them, this is not sexy! the same tight tee 2 sizes bigger will probably look very sexy as it will fit properly(not too tight but a little loose)Bigger people are more sexy than extreamly skinny people with no curves. It'ss all about the clothes you wear to flatter your shape! If you wear a shapeless shirt, you will look like a tent(girls). You have these breast for a reason! to look attractive! Being fatter is not the bee all and end all of a relationship, being sexy and confident is what wins over a guys heart. if the guy doesn't like you for you're confident smiling face and your great breasts... Ht. 5'4", Wt. 162 - how many calories can jumping on a trampoline burn. because my trampoline has been in my backyard for a long time and over the summer i barley went one it because im didnt really know how many calories you can burn with it. so on Average...how many calories do you think jumping on a trampline can burn? thanks all who reply

Ht. 5'7", Wt. 243 - but what if u can't do a crunch. i mean when i do crunches it makes my back hurt, knees hurts, thighs hurt, and butt hurt.....if it didnt make me hurt so bad i would do crunches. so is there a way to do crunches without all the pain? help me with this please!!!

I wanted to respond to some of you who got the wrong impression. I definitely do NOT look at you guys as any type of test or experiment my assigment is pruely informational. Secondly i do not consider being overwieght equal to being different. Everyone seems so awesome on this board so good luck with everything and keep me updated! Ht. 5'5", Wt. 210 - I just need someone to advise me on what to eat.I need no help with exercise because that is very easy for me. I'm very muscular, so my weight doesn't fit how I look, but I am still way to overweight. If someone could like just advise me on what to eat, like someone who has lost weight, I don't want tips, I want more. Like a personal chef who don't fix ya nothin, they just tell you what's good and what's not, etc. If you're interested and willing to help me out, and actually help me out, leave your email and I'll get in touch with you about helping me out.Remember, I don't just want tips. Ht. 5'5, Wt. 180 - Hey, Laura (the 18 year old) I've been noticing in your posts that you do an hour of exercise every other day... I just walk 20 mins. on the tredmill and 170 crunches and 30 pushups. I Really want to lose weight but my goal is to be at 150 before september when i start highschool. I mean there's gonna be enough pressure with all my classes cause i'm taking all honors...i really don't want to worry about my weight anymore. Anyone is open to respond to this. :---) I just want to know if this is enough to atleast reach my goal. I eat healthy...but yesterday i had 1 whole small bag of m&m's and the cheese off a pizza, but before that i had a bagel with water, raymends soup, and a bowl of raisin bran... I'm gonna start eating breakfast and wake up early each day. So let me know what u think.
