Ht. 5'7, Wt. 218 - I just wanted to tell everybody this. One thing my friend just told me yesterday was to start eating my food on a saucer or a smaller plate cause you really don't have to stop eating the foods you love just stop eating so much of them. Plus when you eat on a saucer don't pile it up with food just put a good amount of food on it. Also u should be eating every 3 hours so for those that say thats not enough food to eat believe me its enough. When also u are eating veggies and fruits for snacks or when you're hungry again its plenty. Just use that technique for the times you wanna eat fried chicken and pizza and fries. Just make sure not to stack the plate food and believe me when u add exercising to that u will lose alot of weight!!!!!!!!!!
Oh one more think u shouldn't really drink soda or eat alot of candy ... (view more)

Ht. 5'7, Wt. start:165 now:145 - OMG!..i am like addicted 2 this popcorn!..its a minibag thats like i think 94% fat free..and only 100 cals per bag..i have it 4 my dessert and if i get home in time 4 a snack (usually i dont)

Ht. 5'1, Wt. Don't wanna kno... - Letss see : Dad said lets see if you can loose enough weight to be small enough to fit on a seat when we go back to NZ for a vacation in June or July or August... Don't wanna kno... - UGH This is getting so annoying I sit at a certain lunch table wit my friends an this girl is kinda one of em I guess but anyway she keeps asking me if I'm turnin anerxic or however it's spelled cause I don't eat lunch that much for the past few days and it's only because I haven't been hungry and my other friend keeps givin me weird looks about her because she doesn't eat lunch till she gets home unless shes hungry and we both think it's annoying...sorry had to get it out. -Montana

Ht. 5'4, Wt. Bf.313 Af.148 - Hey Y'all! I just wanted to write because I haven't been on here in a while. I've lost 165 pounds! Woo-hoo! I'm so excited! I did it all with exersize and eating moderately. It's taken me about a year and a half. I feel so wonderful. I still want to lose about 13 pounds, after that i'm done! Wish me luck! Ht. 5'4", Wt. 162 - in school for gym we do this interval workout thing, and we get a partner and one goes at a time, the first round we run for 30 seconds and then our partner runs for the same, then we do 40 seconds then 50 seconds and 60 seconds, and then we play volleyball or European Hand-ball or what ever unit sport we are on. is this a good workout? i have gym 2nd period which is at 9:32, so i think i burn off my breakfast in that time, and i dont eat until lunch which i have 6th period at 12:24pm and then i come home, and during the day i am walking all around the school, going up and down stairs and stuff, but i still dont understand why i am not losing weight, because sometimes i dont get up on time so i take a banana to the bus stop and eat that for breakfast and for lunch i have a 100 calorie pack, a water bottle, and a light yogurt. plus i exercise before i go to bed. i guess it just takes a LONG time, but i want to become 130 pounds by the summer, and i hope i can do it by then.

Ht. 5'6", Wt. 145 - Is there anything wrong with frozen bananas? I eat them a lot...they are sooo good! Just unpeel a banana and stick it in the fridge for 2-4 hours and then take it out and it's soooo good!

Ht. 5'8, Wt. 172.5 - well, im off school for a week and today is my new day! ive watched what ive eaten and exercised. I went to the cinema tonight to see final destination 3 which was cool. so yea i want to lose 20lbs in the next kinda of 8 - 10weeks is that do able? thanx for all of ur support so far!
