Ht. 5'6, Wt. N:270 G:140 - HOW DID I DO? Today I had a sausage patty and two scrambled eggs with a piece of toast and 2% milk. For lunch when I got home I had a bowl of leftover homemade chicken noodle soup and a glass of pink lemonade (60 cals) for dinner i'm having pot roast (2 slices with diced potatos and mini carrots) with another 60 calorie glass of lemonade. And an hour after dinner i'm going to exercise until i burn around 600 calories, so how did i do, after dinner i usually have an apple, some chunked pineapple or an orange with water. HOW DID I DO?

Ht. 5'7, Wt. 220 - This eating healthier is hard or diet whatever. Its like its hard to get you're body use to eating right when all you have ever ate was fattening food. I mean I have lost 25 punds but I not motivated at all can't afford to be buying fruit and veggies and healthy food every week. I have to depend on my mom and she don't wanna buy healthy things cause they eat everything opposite of healthy. I just really need some encouragement by some people that are going through something similiar or that have. Dieting is so hard. I mean I know i really wanna lose weight but its just so hard giving up fattening food when I'm a emotional eater. Good luck to everybody else!!!!!!!

Ht. 5'6, Wt. N:270 G:140 - Hey everyone, I've decided not to do the Special K diet because I remembered my promise to myself not to diet, just change my ways. And i've been successful, i've lost 10 pounds since January 1st. Not as fast as I wanted it to happen but it's comming off. By June 1st I want to have lost 35-40 pounds, I should have a job soon so then I can afford a glider and tredmill. Today I had a small bowl of frosted flakes with 2% milk for lunch I had a "nutri doughnut" its like 230 cals and I had a 170 calorie bottle of fruit punch. For dinner i'm having a bowl of homemade chicken noodle soup with carrots in it the noodles are cholesterol free. And i've played DDR today till I burned around 200 calories and i'm going to play a little while after dinner until i burn 500 more. How did I do today and what do you guys think about Slim Fast? Thx, please respond :)

Ht. 5'8, Wt. 174 goal:150 - Hey guys i just came back from weight watchers and i had gained 3 pounds in the past two weeks. But im happy to say that today i lost 1.8 and im back on track to losing my weight. The reason i gained weight is because emotionally i have not been stable at all , my bf and i just broke up ( yesterday) my cuz was diagnosed wit Breast Cancer, and im fighting wit my parents alot lately,=. My weight gain was actualy a WAKE UP SIGN that i need to be healthy spiritualy, physicaly, and mentaly. I'm going to try to work on all three and hopefull the next time i am faced with problems i can better deal with them .Oh and tonight at the meeting there was a *magic* mirror that when u look atit shows u 20 pounds smaller ! If i do say so myself i looked PRETYY DANG GOOD ! lol that mirror just motivated me enough to make me want to get back on track. Well if u read all this ( i know its realy long) thanks for reading it and good luck with your lifestyle change !! Nothing taste's as good as thin feels!
