Ht. 5'1'', Wt. 210 - I'm a freshman in college and its really hard to eat good living away from home. I weigh about 210 now, and I'm only 5'1". I really would love to have a weight loss buddy to help me stay on track and to talk to about losing weight. If you are interested you should reply to this bulletin. I don't want just anyone though, you must be around my age (no 12 yr. olds plz..), you must have msn or yahoo messenger (even aim is fine), you must be trying to lose weight also. I don't want to be picky, but I want help losing weight from someone and I want to be able to relate to them.

I would have gone to bed when I was sick instead of pretending the earth would go into a holding pattern if I weren't there for the day. I would have invited friends over to dinner even if the carpet was stained, or the sofa faded. I would have burned the pink candle sculpted like a rose before it melted in storage. I would have talked less and listened more. I would have invited friends over to dinner even if the carpet was stained, or the sofa faded. I would have eaten the popcorn in the 'good' living room and worried much less about the dirt when someone wanted to light a fire in the fireplace. I would have taken the time to listen to my grandfather ramble about his youth. I would have shared more of the responsibility carried by my husband. I would never have insisted the car windows be rolled up on a summer day because my hair had just been teased and sprayed. I would have sat on the lawn with my new clothes and not worried about grass stains. I would have cried and laughed less while watching television and more while watching life. I would never have bought anything just because it was practical, wouldn't show soil, or was guaranteed to last a lifetime. Instead of wishing away nine months of pregnancy, I'd have cherished every moment and realized that the wonderment growing inside me was the only chance in life to assist God in a miracle. When my kids kissed me impetuously, I would never have said, "Later. Now go get washed up for dinner." There would have been more "I love you's." More "I'm sorry's." But mostly, given another shot at life, I would seize every minute...look at it and really see it . live it and never give it back. Stop sweating the small stuff. Don't worry about who doesn't like you, who has more, or who's doing what. Instead, let's cherish the relationships we have with those who do love us. Let's think about what we are doing each day to promote ourselves mentally, physically, emotionally. (view less)

Ht. 5'1'', Wt. 198 - Well, I've just gotten under 200 pounds and I feel Great! I'm so excited for my 10 pound weightloss since the begining of February! All I do is drink water for the most part, no soft drinks or juices high in sugar. Another great thing I do is very small portions.

Ht. 5'4", Wt. 161 - i lost a pound in about 2 and a half days from walking up and down my steps for about an hour, i also have not eaten any junk food, i hate soda so i dont drink that, and the only thing i like to drink is water, and another thing i did was i walked up and down for 30 seconds, then jogged for 30 seconds, then walked for 40 seconds, then jogged for 40 seconds, and so on, you can go up to what ever amount of time you want, i find it better to do this going up and down stairs because my mum said it burns more caloires that way. hope this helped and good luck =]
