Ht. 5'3", Wt. 201 - I am really motivated right now, because I did really good on eating today, and I even worked out for half an hour!!! The only thing is, I am afraid I am going to lose this motivation. I tend to cheat on my diet alot and get off track, and I have been off track for at least a month!!! Yikes I know, but my question is, how can I keep this up??? I am just so afraid I won't stay committed (sp?) and never lose any more weight!!! And I really want a boyfriend, and I think the reason I don't or never have had one, is because of my size. Sorry...had to vent!

Ht. 5'4", Wt. 161 - is getting a tredmill really worth the money? because i asked my mom and she said you will go in it until you loes the weight and then never use it again once you lose the weight. i didnt know what to say to that so i didnt answer here. does anybody have a really convincing idea so i can get her to get me one because i really want one.

Ht. 6.2, Wt. was 305 now 225 - want to find an exercise that is easier than running?
Biking< For those who cant run bike, ive lost close to 90 pounds now, so listen to what i got to say. Dont walk, unless you have 2 years to lose weight. Either run or Bike. when i strarted running about 7 months ago i could barely manage a block, now im pushing 2-5 every time i got workout. Basically run if you can, is not bike. Biking is the second best cardio next to running. Put the candy down, its another monday, and your still unhappy, time to change!

Ht. 5'8, Wt. 173.5 - Well, i no ive been saying this since like 1/1/06 bt i really wana lose more weight lol In 2005 i lost around 25lbs, but i still need to lose loadz more because i've got my prom in june, and im shopping for a dress in april, so ive got around 8weeks to lose weight to get a dress and then another 9 weeks before the prom,so i really have around 15weeks to lose weight and then 2 weeks of staying the same weight and gettin the dress altered if need be.
So this is what ill be doing for the next 8 weeks: Eating 1400cals per day, drinking 2 litres of water per day, 3-5 portions of fruit/veg and working out 6 days per week. Every other day i will burn 500 cals on ski machine, 100sit ups, and my weight and then on the other days i will do the same but only burn 250cals on the ski machine. Do you think i will be able to lose around 15lbs by the end of april? Thank you to ppl who bother to read my story and thank you for people to reply to my post!

Ht. 5'1, Wt. 160 - help i have put on 5 more pounds and my belly is 36 inches my mom made me get on the scales in front of her so she could check my weight. then she got a tape measure and wraped it around my gut. it was 36 inches! my mom was so mad. then she measured the biggest part of my belly. and my belly when sitting down. she is keeping a record and gets mad coz i gain weight. she also mad me stand up and stick my belly out and she measured it.she also took a photo of my belly holding my breath. my belly normal. and me sticking my belly out as far as it would go. (thats a long way!) at first i held my breath for the pushing my gut out photo but she saw me breathing out and said ihad to let it all hang out. it was sooooooooo bad and i feel so fat! help!

Ht. 5'2, Wt. 165 - Starting tomorrow and Im actually Excited! my diet is going to be 1200-1400 calories(depending on my activity level) and every tuesday, thursday, sun I have softball conditioning and on monday,wednesday,friday, saturday Ill be walking a mile or two and doing abs/arms/thigh workout for about an hour. This Plan is HARDCORE but I think its enough to help me reach my goal of 30-35 pounds by June 1st.

Ht. 5'6, Wt. 213 - my uncle told me that just walking for 20 minutes would help me loose weight, but i already walk like 15-25 minutes a day with my dogs, do i need to increase the time or why am i not loosing any weight.

Ht. 5'4", Wt. 161 - is 125 pounds a good goal for me? or is that to low? i am aiming to fit into a size 5 in juniors, and i am currently an 11, i want to lose my chubby tummy, and a lot off my thighs and bum. so is that a reasonable goal for me?
