Ht. 5'6, Wt. 235 - hey so yesterday was my first post, and then today i started my diet. I went to bed late last night, so i woke up late, so i didnt really get a good start but i did go to curves this morning, but then i had to hurry and go to school so i didnt really have time to finish. and then for my lunch/breakfast (i kind of combine them together since i go to school at 12 and wake up at like 10 anyway) was one of those healthy choice meals (260 cal.) then i had some carrots in veggie dip (probably about 240 cal.) not too good i know, but i was trying to avoid bread, but then i realized the healthy choice meal had about 25g of carbs anyway lol. Like people who drink allot of soda cut out soda and lose allot of weight, or sweets, or junk food, or fast food, etc. Well my problem is carbs/salty foods/fried foods, so, even though a low carb diet is EXTREMELY hard for me, I decided that thats the only way I'll lose wieght, so I try it. I'm at school right now, but then when i get home, no carbs, and I'm not eating ast 7:30. Then I dont have school on fridays (i go to charter school) and i moved my treadmill into my room today, so tomorrow i'll wake up, go on that and then go to curves. Ht. 5'7", Wt. 240ish - Hey guys. I have started a new diet of no fried foods, no sodas or candies, and i've been eating low fat stuff and fruits ( mostly apples) and drinking a ton of water. I wanted to start walking on my tredmil and work up to jogging and so on, but I also wanted to try Winsor Pilates. It looks like it really works. Ht. 5'6, Wt. 145 - Hey guys. Okay so I use to be 180lbs, and I lost weight and at the end of the summer I was about 130lbs. But now after holidays I'm back to 145lbs, which isnt horrible, I just want to get back down to where I was, and also lose more than that because I want to be 120lbs. Ht. 5'7, Wt. TMI - I was doing pretty good today- Not the healthiest of choicest pu t i wasnt eating to much. Also I am on this stimulant(prescribed) That is suspose to keep me like awake and focused more so I can concentrate and not fall asleep everywhere(like my last 2 classes of the day). Anyways this medication is really decreasing my appetite, which is a good thing cause I tend to overeat. But because it is a stimulant it gets into my system within 30 minutes and wheres off about 8 hours later, and that is right about the time when I get home! Grrr. But I found out that if I go str8 to the comp. and start my homework I wont eat when I get home. This is what I had today< BREAKFAST : serving of Totinos supreme pizza rolls, LUNCH : Motts cup strawberry apple sauce, chips ahoy 100 cal pack, SNACK : 3 pieces of cantelope, ---The... Ht. 5'5", Wt. 147 - omg i feel soo bad today because i completely messed up my diet. i had a light n fit yogurt smoothie for breakfast but then for lunch i had a lemon poppyseed muffin and like a half a cup of ice cream and then after school i had cheese popcorn and a lot of marshamallows. then later i had like 8 twizzlers and a few starburst and then i also had a salad with chicken and way more dressing than i should have had. i dont know why i did so bad today but i guess ill just have to work out a little harder for a while and try to get back on track :(

Ht. 5'5, Wt. 209 - hey! i am now currently 209 but i used to be like almost 350 my parents made me get a bypass surgery. but it didnt help much. i am still eatin the same way i did before. right after the surgery i weighed 176 and now 6 monthes after i am going up again as u can tell. its hard 4 me to stop because i love junk food so much, and once i start it i have 2 finish it. this is a huge problem (just look at mi stats) i am on the track of being morbidly obese again!!! nickname - (from ppl at school) OBESE fatty erin
