Ht. 5'4", Wt. 160 G: 125-130 - i want to lose atleast 5 pounds by the end of march so then maybe i can make a goal to lose 5 pounds every month until i reach my goal of about 130 by June, or maybe even more, its just so hard, i eat right, only take in about 1,500 calories a day or a little more, exercise from walking around in school and PE, and then maybe some at home. i dont eat anything after 6 o'clock because thats what we all do in my house for some reason. if anybody wants to be my buddy since i really need one to help me, you can E-mail me at titaniclover216@yahoo.com =]

Ht. 5'10, Wt. 220 - Well I was 285 pounds when I began eating healthy and exercising regularly in september 2005. I now weigh 220 pounds right on for a total weight loss of 65 pounds. I must say if you stick to eating well everyday and exercise atleast 5 times a week it will really pay off in due time, you cant expect to see body change results in 1 month. I started to notice my belly and back toning up more and getting smaller after like 4 months of my diet. Anyway good luck everyone, keep exercising, eating right and drink lots of water :p

Ht. 5'6, Wt. 235 - today i did really good, i went to curves in the morning then ran on the treadmill, about 3/4 a miles. then i ate a smartone weight watchers meal, not the healthiest of all the choices i had...this one was 310 cal. and 45g of carbs...but i figured i deserved it for working out lol.Plus they are really small portioned. then i had a jello cup, 10 cal. and 0g carbs...and thats all I've had so far. Im going to try to only eat 700 cal. for dinner. hopefully tommorrow i'll do the same workout then eat a healthier weight watchers meal!

Ht. 5'6, Wt. 150 - so you guys. i lost 5 lbs in a month. in past experience when i lost weight i freak out and dont eat because i think it will help me lose even more. but latley ive been eating the same as i did before i lost weight and im happy to report i have maintained my loss of 5 lbs!!!

Ht. 5'6", Wt. 145 - breakfast: special k cereal w/ milk; mid-morning snack: raspberries; lunch: 1 slice of cheese pizza and 2 slices of veggie pizza; snack: banana; dinner: taco and a cup of milk; for excercise I just did a 20 minute "walk away the pounds" 1 mile routine. How good or bad is this? I honestly don't know so please inform me!!!

The real 411 is that they speed up ur metabolism with caffene and herbs, and that means that if u mix them with the wrong medicines you could mess up everything! #2 artificial swweners don't help you loose wight at all. splenda for example is also known as sucralose, which is just another name for sugar like dextrose and glocuse, except it's made by scients. they are totally fake in every way, and a study showed that rats who ate splenda vs rats who ate pure sugar GAINED MORE WEIGHT OVER TIME! **good luck and oh btw drink LOTS OF WATER!

Ht. 5'2, Wt. 125 pounds - heyy everyonee=) i would just like to say everyone is doing a rly good job motivating each other! I was here maybe a couple months ago. I decided to loose weight because i really want to higher my self esteem especially cuz im going to highschool:) Anyways since my desicion I LOST 25 POUNDS! I basically cut down on my rice/pasta intake and also cut out oily foods, ionly ate vegetables, whole grain fish lean meats etc.. im 120 or 125 and i weighed 145 at one point... I still want to shed the extra 10-15 pounds but most of all i want to be able to run and not get tired because i looove to play basketball and volleyball! So yeah basically i want to loose 10-15 pounds. I jus worked out on the ab lounge and if anyone can gimme any other excersise routines/tips or be my weightloss bbuddy PLS REPLY!!! xoxo - michelle

Ht. 5'5, Wt. 163 - Okay well i had 1 salad with italin dressing and a capri sun. Then and omlet with cheese for dinner(lol) with iced tea then gummy bears. I know it's not enough in one day, but i wasn't hungry. I got no excersise....2 tests + a project :--(

Ht. 5'6, Wt. 235 - Yesterday I didnt do too good,I ate a turkey sandwich and some reduced fat pringles, then fell asleep until supper, then I ate a bowl of soup, two slices of bread with butter, a snackpack, chocolate graham crackers, and reduced fat pringles. Today I have done better so far, I went to curves, then came home and ate a Smartone Weight Watchers meal, 210 cal., 12g carbs, a jello cup, 10 cal. 0g carbs, and 7 pringles, im guessing that was about 50 cal. cause 17 pringles is 140 cal. So today so far I'll round it to 300 cal. Hopefully whne I get home from school I'll only eat about 700 cal., and hopefully I'll have enough energy to run on my treadmill. ALso, I just got more motivation to loose weight, my sisters wedding is in july, and I'm a brides maid, so i need a dress! and my two other sisters are brides maids, so they with be standing next to me, and they are both skinny, one wear size 7 and the other 11 but shes like 5'8 so its still pretty skinny, and I'll be the fat one lol. but yeah, please reply!
