Ht. 5'1, Wt. 160 - my mom and dad have given me loads of things for my birthday including clothes, the problem is i have put on alot of weight so all the clothes are 2 small for me, my belly hangs over the pants and you can see all my fat roles through my top. i dont no how to tell them or wot to do help!

Ht. 5'5, Wt. 163 - Okay so this is what i'm gonna do....everyother day i swich workouts...20 min pilates then 100 weight lifts on 6 lb weights and 100 crunches...then 20 min on tredmill walking/jogging...100 crunches 100 weight lifts on 6 lb weights....only going to eat when i am hungry no exceptions. No junk food at all!

Ht. 5'2", Wt. 230 - Hey everyone. I was never over 215 until I got pregnant! My highest was 270 pounds&@!^!@*&^(!@&(!@ The bad thing is i'm short. To all of you people who have lost weight I am so happy for you because I know how you feel when you're not where you want to be. Anyway..anybody who has lost weight with a certain diet plan or exercise plan, can you let me know what it was/is? Thanks so much! I would post pics but I guess we can't do that..oh well.

Ht. 5'6, Wt. 175 - This is the diet I am currently doing.. Please tell me if it sounds good and what not... And how much results I can see in a month.. Okay, so I am having slimfast for 2 of my meals everyday, and the other meal is a salad/wrap or tuna, veggies that kinda thing.. But I have cut out all bread, potatoes, pasta,rice,junk food,fast food, etc... Um for snacks I have fruit or special K... Thats about it, and I cut out pop and juice, so just water and occassionally a diet pop.. The only meat I am eating is tuna, chicken and turkey.. And I do about 20 mins on the exercise ball daily and go on the treadmill for an hour 3-5 times a week.. So what do you think?? plz respond! thanks!

Ht. 5'5, Wt. 163 - Okay i did well today...i ate 2 bowls of rasin bran, 1 package soup only 160 cals...cause i ate 3 servings, 1 breast chicken, half potatoe, water, and the tiniest piece of cherry pie my sis gave me...the one's in the box branded. I did a 20 min. pilate workout plus i danced for like 20-30 minutes cause i'm trying to make up a new dance, then did 100 weight lifts. I think this is enough...tell me what you think. Tomorrow i will do the same thing only do 20 min on tredmill then the next the same only yoga. I feel great...except my butt hurts...lol
