Ht. 5'1 , Wt. 125 or sumthin - I don't want any one to tell me that I am "skinny" or anything like that, cause I'm very much not. I am very out of shape, and my gut and love handles hang out of my shirts. My dad is like a major jock, who has never been an ounce overweight in his life, and every single one of my friends is like bone-thin. I'm not saying that I want to look like them, (in my opinion they look pretty gross)I just want to have a more "toned" body I guess. I want to be able to go to the pool with my friends and not feel like I'm fat, even though I know I'm not, it feels that way when everyone around me looks like supermodels. So n e way I was thinking like 15 or 20 lbs should do it, but I don't know what excersizes to do. What are some good ones that help woth love handles?? gut?? Thighs?? well thanx ~*Brookie*~

Ht. 5'6, Wt. 155-160 - ok to let you know i know im NOT hugely overweight. i know that. so save yourself from telling me that. but i do have a gut. n stretchmarks on my thighs. i used to be thinner. i went from a size 4 to a size 10 in a year. i mean i know ur supposed to grow but i gained a lot too. im not eating choclate for 40 days n not drnking pop. so hope that helps. please hellppp. i wanna loose 25 lbs for summer..

Ht. 5'2, Wt. 189? - im not sure if thats the right weight but ill find out saturday... or tommoro uf i want... i am seriously so tired of being fat, i no thats not completely right just to put it out like that but thats is how i feel, i have no determination, and no get up and go, my life consists of wakink up late of course gettin ready so fast that i look even more like sht, goin to school, barely bein able to stay awake, barely passing some of my classes and some i do good in, i come home after my mom does her runnin around, and either watch tv or go on my computer, and eat too.. i am so sick of eating. i wish i could at for eating and not for the taste, because the things that taste the best are the worst for me, i am so deppressed about everything, and yes i am depressed so plz dont comment me sayin im only 15 and i cant be... Ht. 5'4", Wt. 160 - im not really sure if i took in enough calories today...i had 3 Eggo waffles with syrup [ i normally have a bowl of cereal] and some margerine on my waffles which is like 200 calories all together, for lunch i had a water bottle with a fat free yogurt and a 100 calorie pack. for dinner i had a bologna and cheese sandwhich on a roll because we didnt have any thing i wanted and we couldnt get to the store because my neighbors house went on fire and they blocked the my block. i also had a couple of chips [ like 7 or 8] when i got home from school, and i also had 2 Oreo cookies. it sounds like a lot of food, but by 3rd period today which is at like 10:10am..my stomach was growling and its still growling. is this a good thing or should i try for some more

Don't wanna kno... - Well...I didn't eat breakfest or lunch yea yea I kno bad but I add 3 burritoes when I got home ya little piggy but anyway each burrito has 3 0 0 CALS in one :( anyway total of 800 cals I'm havin a salad for dinner I also had a cup of mountain dew. I ran once when we played chase in PE around the gym ugh it sucked an I went for a walk it was a while away not to far to complain an only took 20 minutes but yeah........

Ht. 5'4'', Wt. goal:120 - hey so i feel like i hit a platue and i can't lose anymore weight. i know that i can but i just started my period too and so i have no energy and school is insane and nothing can motivate me right now. i need help getting up and doing it and way to show some differances in my body. Ht. 5'5 1/2, Wt. 178 - i wanna loose like alot of weight in 3 weeks what i did was i bought that trim spa diet pills i know its bad but who cares and i dont eat as much and i walk in the afternoons when i come frm school when its not too cold or rainy and i do an exercise video for kickboxing is this good can it be noticed right away can some one tell me or what should i do plz plz plz plz people i need to shed these pounds ewhhhh im so atrosious!!!!!!!

Ht. 5ft7, Wt. 11 stone - today has been the first official day of my diet, yesterday i did really well all day and then my boyfriend came home from work and decided to whisk me off for a romantic chinese meal! so i decided to start today, i ate a healthy cereal with semi skimmed milk for breakfast, 3 ryvita crispbreads(they are healthy - 37 cals each) and a muller rice yoghurt, which is low fat. then i got home from school (walked to and from school today!) ate scrambled eggs on toast today, with low cal spread. in evening i had 2 more ryvita crispbreads, 3 glasses of fruit juice and then another muller rice yoghurt. i also took my dog for a long walk with my dad. so. . . how do you think i did, and have any of you got any tips for me?? xxx  (Note: 1 stone (st) equals 14 pounds.)

Ht. 5'5ish, Wt. .... - i have been trying FOREVER to lose weight but i only seem to gain it.... i had surgury like in december and i couldn't eat for awhile soo i lost about 15 pounds... and i looked good! but then i gained it all back... but i would really like to get it off healthy... someone pleaseee help!
