Ht. 5'9", Wt. 160 - hi, this is my first post, im almost at risk of being overweight and i want to be 145 by june, thats about 15 pounds to loose in like 3 months. i have the exercise thing down cuz i play lacrosse for my high school 6 days a week. but does anyone have a detailed plan that i could follow for the next couple weeks to loose that weight?

Ht. 5'6.5, Wt. 154 - Some of you may remember me. I was on here about this time last year and I went from 163 to 143, but now I have gained 11 back, and though I am taller I want to drop below 150. I've got this job, again, and I kind of have to look good for it. So I'm just here to give/recieve advice, and to be motivated. Any tips to help me loose those last few pounds would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, and good luck to all.

Ht. 5'6, Wt. 175 - Hi! I wanna know how you think I did today! I had slimfast for breakfast, a wrap for lunch, and slimfast for dinner, for snacks I had Special K, fruit and veggies and yogurt... I drank water but i did sumthin bad!!! I cudnt help myself but I had 3 small glasses of fruit punch thru out the day.. overall how do u think i did today? Ive been eating like this for a week and a half and i havent had any junk food none at all! not even popcorn lol am i being good? PLZ REPLY!

Ht. 5'7'', Wt. 322 - I think some of the problem with some people, not all, but some, on here is that we keep saying ok today Im going to start my diet. Today im going to exercise. Then put it off until tomarrow. We all need to get a buddy, and do it. We can do it people. About how many calories should you eat a day to start losing weight? Ht. 5'4'', Wt. 210 - Sooo lets see. I didnt eat lunch or breafast and i drank a caramel frappucino after school and thats basically it. im in PE so i ran for about 10 minutes then did about 5 minutes of suicides and then played volleyball. (i know i did bad with the frappucino) input plz :)

Ht. 5ft 8, Wt. 242 - OkAy.. so0o i think i did pretty good today but i'm not real shure.. for breakfast i had a piece of toast(white breaD) w/ a little butter.. and a big glass of water.. for lunch i had a campbell's chicken noodle at hand.. and a small piece of sausage+bout 23 crackers and a fruit jello pack(90 cals.).. for super i had a medium bowl of hamburger helper and 3 pickles.. and for snack i had another fruitjellow pak.. (90 cals).. i did 20 situps today and plan on doing some other working exercises.. please give ur input
