Ht. 5' 6, Wt. 147 - I'm really sore but feel awsome. I've been trying to eat good for a looong time and have been excercising ( though I know I need to do more) but my scale says I havn't lost any weight! It's really annoying. does anyone have any tips? Also my goal is to be 125 by june. Is that possible?

Ht. 5'7, Wt. 187 - yo whatsup. i weight like 185-187is and i have a bad soda habit. i try to drink diet coke mostlyy but i have heard this is also bad for ya to. i also eat alt of junk food... If i just stop drinking soda, and stop eating junk food, and exercise will i lose weight?? i wana loose like 25 pounds+ by the start of summer

Ht. 5'4, Wt. 144 - so right now i have a pretty sucky diet. for breakfast..well i normally don't even eat breakfast because i wake up too late, lunch is always choc. milk, tator tots, orange juice and pizza, and dinner is whatever my mom cooks. i replaced pop with a sports drink like gatorade. and my working out..well isn't really good. so any help?

Ht. 5'6, Wt. 235 - god! im so mad at myself! I didnt have time to stay at curves today so i only did about half of it...and then i didnt have time to run either! then i had one of those weight watchers meals, but it was gross so i only ate half of it...and then a jelloe cup....THENNN i had potato chips! like a few handfuls too! i just had a really big craving so i figured id let myself have a few..but then once i started i couldnt stop! goddd, and im on my period and so now im even more bloated (period + salty foods= major bloating) salkjdalskjdasd i feel so bad! ive been doing fine all week and then today sucked. but tommorrows my first day of my second week...so yeah. I'm going to attempt to force my self to run a mile tonight and then eat a healthy dinner. maybe that will make up for it. godd i need to lose weight so bad!! i HATE being fat!

Ht. 5'7, Wt. s:185 c:154 g:150 - Hey everyone. How'd I do?? Breakfast: Organic Chex cereal with soy milk, organic cranberry soy granola bar. Lunch: Flavored water, bowl of fruit (kiwi, strawberries, watermelon..lots of other fruit) and a cranberry muffin. Snack: Apple, creamed honey on Italian bread, and a little peanut butter. Dinner: Homemade chili (turkey, not beef) with a sprinkle of cheese and a string cheese. Then for my treat-of-the-day was like 3-4 tablespoonsish of tapioca pudding. I also did the pacer tape in gym and made it all the way! YAY, go me! So that was 26 minutes of running, and then i walked home from school which is 15 minutes of walking...is that enough exerice? thanks!

Ht. 5'6, Wt. N:270 G:160 - Ugh, you guys know when you have a day that you binge, my binges aren't drastic anymore but I had about 500 bad cals. A bag of chips and a tiny piece of cake. I always have my slips but I dont gain because I try to balance it out at dinner. I hate this, there are so many other options for me to snack on but I ate chips and cake. In all today I had 600 cals so far. Im happy to say I dont gain from my binges. I lost another 2 pounds I need to lose like 6 more to get to this months goal. I bike for about 45 minutes a day, should I do more? please respond

Ht. 5'5", Wt. 145.5 - what's a good waist size? lol i dont want to rely only on the scale i want to measure in inches too so i can track my progress in more than one way. i've already lost an inch and a half in my waist but idk how much more i need to lose. it went from 32.5 to 31 inches
