Ht. 5'4", Wt. 159.5 G:125 - i lost a half a pound, i did so much exercising yesterday that i could barley lift myself out of bed this morning, i only lost half a pound, but a new week is coming so i am going to aim to lose at my chosen rate of 2 pounds this week. wish my luck <3 =]

Ht. 5'2", Wt. 230 - Someone at the weight of 199lbs can burn 1035 calories just by bicycling, 16-19mph, very fast. So if you're over that weight you would burn even more!

Ht. 5'4", Wt. 159.5 G:125 - i went to the mall today, and me and my 2 friends walked around for like an hour, then went to american eagle, i got shirt,then we went to wendy's and i had 5 chicken nuggets, and 6 fries, then walked to the other side of the mall and went to aeropostale, then went across from it and went to pac sun, then went to the totaly oppisite side and went to abercrombie and fitch and victoria's secret, then back to the other side, and went to claires, then got haagan dazz, but i didnt even come close to finishing it, all i had was the whipped creme. we were at the mall for 4 hours, then came home and ate not even a whole bowl of maccroni, and didnt even finish it, i totally cheated today, time to get back on track. but i did burn a lot from walking, my feet hurt lol

Ht. 5'5, Wt. 163 - omg well in the beginning of winter i bought all these summer clothes cause they were on sale but they were tight...but i bought them anyway cause they were only a dollar(bob's) and now they fit!!! Also is anyone taking the gepa monday through thursday...I wanted to know if ya wanna study together particularly in scince...thanks

Ht. 5'6, Wt. 169 GOAL:130 - I am sober from bread, fast food, beef/pork,pasta,basically I have given up those things, all I eat is wraps,salad,veggies,fruit,slimfast,special K, tuna and sumtimes turkey deli meat in my wrap. I have done this for a week and lost like 6lbs.. I have been on the treadmill a bit aswell.. By doing this how long do u think it will take to lose 39 more lbs if I have already lost 5 lbs in the first week.. PLZ REPLY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
