Ht. 5'6, Wt. 145 - Okay so, today we ordered my plane ticket to go to Arizona this summer. And I'm so excited. But since holidays and stuff, I have put weight back on. So now I'm 145lbs. I would like to be about 120-125lbs by the time schools out...so by June 10th. So I have to lose 20-25lbs in 3 months. I really need encouragement and advice. I want to be back to my old self for this summer, so I cant wear shorts and and skirts and smaller shirts and feel more confident. Please help me out. Thanks. Ht. 5'2", Wt. 230 - So, I ate two half sandwiches today (you know, with one piece of bread, then you fold it over) anyway it consisted of: potato bread, 1 slice of turkey, and 1 slice of cheese. (keep in mind there were two of those) anyway how do you think I did today? also I did about 2 (or more) hours of walking, mostly from shopping. Thanks! =)

Ht. 5.5, Wt. 180 - I tryed just about every deit. I am ready to do this. I am actually do stuff I swim on the swim team 3x a week for an Hour and I go to the gym on tues&Thursday. I eat resanble I stay away from the junk food, and eat healthy For breastfast I might have a slim fast drink and a orange, for Lunch I'll have a Lean Cusine meal or a South beach meal and for dinner I eat what my parents make, its usally pretty healthy Okay WHAT AM I DOING WORNG!!!!!

Ht. 5'6, Wt. 170 - hi this is my first time to post anything on here. I was woundering if anyone could tell me how to lose about 30 pounds in 2-3 months or if its even possible. I have tried to walk about 2 miles a day and eat less but i always get hungry and mess up before bed. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I eat around 1300 cals a day and i do 10,000 steps on my pedometer, and some days i do an exercise dvd for around half an hour. i Want to loose around 14lbs before may (prom) does my diet sound good and is my weightloss possible and could i loose more.? how?
